pimpmonkey2382.313: Here we go, truly idiotic use of "hipsters" and not knowing how things take time to be released. Real winner we have on our hands tonight.
I'm still confused.

Is a hipster like an SJW or a more like fanboy?

Can a fanboy become an SJW or can an SJW only become a hipster?

Shit, this is hopeless. Where is my 'Douchebag to English Dictionary'? That should help.

He probably shouldn't wonder too hard he might hurt himself.

tfishell: These things, they take time. GOG knows people want them (ie, they can make $$$ here), especially Oblivion, but I'm guessing Bethesda doesn't have GOG high up on their priority list especially with the new DOOM releasing. Same with most of the "big name" publishers.

Torchlight II is a case I don't really get either, but there's probably some behind-the-scenes issues.
In Torchlight 2's case, Runic seemed to have a timed-exclusivity deal in exchange for Humble's help in porting the game to Mac / Linux.
And the deals take time, but I think this year is going to be pretty good for GOG. I happen to know Activision's going to be releasing some more titles here in the future, including Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines. I would provide the proof, but GOG has been obnoxiously good at plugging holes in the site as I find them, so I don't want to kill the golden goose this time.
Within the last 30 days GOG has released all the X-COM games, Sid Meier's Pirates! and the Railroad Tycoon series, Day of the Tentacle, Freedom Force, Grim Dawn, and Evil Islands. Sooo I guess if nothing in that list tickles your fancy, wait another 30 days and see what comes through? Because GOG is kind of kicking ass in my eyes.

nate1222: I'm gonna piss of alotta hipsters here, but here goes...

Over the past couple of months, many of GOG's offerings have been boring 'simulations', point-n-click games, or indie games featuring pixel art yet AAA hardware requirements. The likes of Nuclear Throne is a great exception, and getting Turok and Quake III Gold are awesome (in spite of their price). However, we have yet to see more games of a Far Cry ilk or a Divinity Dragon Commander ilk hit GOG.

With Bethesda bringing their back-catalog to GOG, where the Hell is Oblivion? It's damn near 10 years old! Quake IV is practically two generations old! Where's Quake IV?

Torchlight II (Win/Mac/Linux) has been on Humble Store twice and DRM-free! Where the Hell is Torchlight II?

I'm really starting to wonder here...
Wait, so you're saying that we didn't want the entire classic X-Com series, the Railroad Tycoon series, Enter the Gungeon, or ? I guess maybe we didn't want the [url=https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games/freedom_force]return of Freedom Force or its sequel, either. And how dare GOG add Sword of the Stars and Undertale without checking with you first!

How dare the other hundreds or thousands of people voting for games who also enjoy GOG get their say! You show those dirty hipster TinyE-loving SJWs who's boss!
I am waiting for Strife and Uprising 2 :(

We all know it's your fault. You're still hiding the GOG release of HunieCam Studio and the Steam release of Seduce Me under your bridge, aren't you?

When are they going to bring us games we actually waaant!?

Lord_Kane: Strife :(
In all seriousness, Strife's absence, as well as the absence of Mac/Linux versions of Turok are a big sore point for me with regards to Night Dive.

He's also delaying the release of oblivion just to piss this guy off. Though that might have been my idea.

Huh, well, imo it's still surprising it still hasn't shown up by now, unless EA/Origin got another timed exclusive deal for their Access release of it. Hopefully GOG can still get a decent number of purchases after all this time.

OH SHIT SON. I trust you so that's awesome to hear! I want to believe the list that the Chinese guy posted is true too, but you'd know better than me. I *want* to believe Black & White would show up here, but "Expanded Edition" sounded a little fishy unless it is equivalent to "Black and White Deluxe".
