The #StreamTeam knows what's up.

It's up to 14 hours of gaming streams daily with 20 regular hosts, tons of giveaways, contests and raffles, frequent appearances from special guests, creative streams, and - of course - 100% DRM-free games.

Our schedule: Check out the all-new schedule (via teamup), where you'll find a listing of all the shows and titles that we've got planned - or read through our regular show lineup below.

GOG.com code raffles: On (almost) every stream, we raffle off (at least) one GOG.com game code worth $5.99 or $9.99 that you can use on any game from our selection that has a base price of up to the code's value. Watch our streams, and when the host announces a raffle has opened, type the appropriate command - maybe you'll be the lucky one!

Please note - you have to follow Twitch.tv/GOGcom to be eligible for an on-stream raffle victory. The GOG.com code will be delivered to you via Twitch chat as soon as possible after confirming your victory.

Scroll past the streaming widget for a listing of all shows you can expect throughout the week!

Sounds interesting and I enjoy seeing it organized a bit more. There does seem to be some crowding of events and I hope this doesnt get too saturated or stressful for the streamers to maintain. thanks for the update
Good luck GOG. I'm not all that interested in Twitch myself, but I hope you're able to get the attention of those who are.

I still think you should sponsor a Funhaus video. :-P

Or maybe you could get somebody to edit people's streams down to 10-20 min (the best of/funniest moments), and upload to YouTube.
Cool, I'm looking forward to see how it turns out....

However, I know you target primarly Western-EU and USA but could it be possible to get some Russian guy/gal to do more streams before 2PM GMT? That's for Western EU people who watches/listens during the work hours :o)

PS: I'm making a cross in my agenda for Chronowolf music stream, could be fun as a fellow composer
I'm a little unclear here. The thread title says "This week on Twitch.tv/GOGcom", but reading the actual content, it appears to be a regular schedule.

Is this schedule going to stay the same every week? Because, if so, while I like the concept of a more Twitch streams, I wouldn't like to see the same theme at the same time every week. I'd rather see the themes switch times and streamers regularly to change things up. Just a thought...
Looks like a very aggressive schedule, but the more fixed nature of it should help get more viewers as they can plan their viewing. I wish the GOG #streamteam good luck and many new viewers!
Which is the next step? GOGTV? GOGFlix? :-)
Twitch is not my cup of tea but I understand the appeal. The few times I tried I wasn't able to watch more than a few minutes.
However it is interesting to see a more organized schedule. I hope it goes well to everyone involved.

It's both!

The shows as you see here stay like that for quite some time but can and will be changed either if the show idea is played out completely or if you or the streamer want something new. And of course the shows are not always covering the same games. There is still a lot of variety - the shows are there to provide a "theme" of games being played in this specific slot. For example "SPACE NIGHT" is a themed slot for all sorts of Space Games. And it will be hosted by different streamers from time to time. Eventually this slot may change into something different as well.
Release and promo time slots of course will cover whatever games are released or on promo.

The aim is to further provide variety but at the same time also giving you a program you can rely on.

GOG.com: SNIP....
BTW, it would be a great improvement if the schedule was available directly on the stream page instead of a small link lost in the various texts it could also be more up-to-date if streamers have the rights to change the texts). If you look at the stream pages (not the profile page) of professionnal streamers, all infos are directly there and well presented (I don't know how you're gonna cram so much text but well....). All in all, the stream page presentation should be revised (also graphically, afterall you surely have some 2D designers/artists around) to attract and retain new viewers (from the classical gaming network for example).

Some layouts ideas (yeah I know, all girls...):

PS: while we're at it, why not go full capitalist-style and include some subscriptions/donations options for "whales" to pay? :o)

We don't want your moneyZ :P but I think there is something like tips coming up, all with the next week :)

Well, if "tips" is just a means to bribe GOG streamers to influence the "viewer's choice", I think we can find an arrangement ;o)
I just hope the problem with videos being labeled incorrectly will be fixed. It's quite annoying when browsing the archived videos to have to guess what the game is based on the thumbnail image because half the videos are labeled the same as whatever was streamed immediately before.

Sounds really good. Because of the different time frames regionally that people generally have access to watch live, I just didn't want specific regions to be limited to watching the same show/theme week after week.

Up until now, I've almost exclusively watched archives since all of the broadcasts have been happening during work hours here in the U.S. Looking forward to seeing some live broadcasts now. Thanks!

Agreed.

I also wish that there was a longer archive kept with things falling off to view after a couple months. GOG should really consider transferring their Twitch broadcasts to Youtube regularly.

Haha, well, you said this :P
That schedule looks packed! Not really sure how to feel about this change. On the other hand it makes it easier for people to plan which streams to watch, but on the other hand it means people would always be missing certain streams due to work and such.
