Profanity: Dead Horde. Never thought that someone could spit out an effortless game like that. everything in it is shit
Crusty Demons: it was Tony Hawk with dirt bike and the handling total sucked.
Big Rigs was pretty bad.. played that to see if it was as bad as rumored.

This post reminded me of BMX XXX. Though I never played it, I just heard "It's Tony Hawk on a bike with porn!" and saw it was made by Acclaim. That alone was enough for me to never touch it.
the Playstation 1 port of Rainbow Six
Sacrifice.
I'm Joking! I'm Joking! I'm Joking!
Sacrifce is a great game and I urge EVERYONE to buy it!

Seriously, probably Superman for the NES or E.T. for Atari which of course has become the grand poobah of bad games as well as a timless reference to landfills.

Joking or not Licurg will be after you now
X-com enforcer is the first game that comes to mind
Has to be Western Outlaws: Dead or Alive. But somehow, i managed to complete it. Maybe because i was an avid gamer 10 years ago.

You mean the LucasArts game? I thought it was decent.
No-brainer

Frank Herbert's Dune

I'm almost ashamed to quote the title as I think it may desecrate both Frank Herbert and Dune. And Dune games legacy. And... Ok, ok that should be enough...

No i mean this one:
http://asia.gamespot.com/western-outlaw-wanted-dead-or-alive/reviews/western-outlaw-wanted-dead-or-alive-review-6086006/

It was crap but kinda justified because of the low budget.

aluinie: I think that x com enforcer rates as one of my worst games played
Yea, that one was pretty dire. Poor controls, horrible camera (that some modders apparently managed to do something about) and a really annoying character. had it not been for these issues, it would have been playable (though not good).

StingingVelvet: In the "AAA" space I would say either Rogue Warrior
And to confuse things, Rebellion also made a game called Rogue Trooper, which is pretty great. So do check that one out.

Anyway, some of the worst games I've ever played:
Limbo of the Lost: Not only did this game steal its graphics from other sources (which is what it is known for), but the puzzles are horrendous and the main character's movement speed just makes it unplayable.
Global Domination: The back of the box told you about the strategic options that you would have when playing the game, and that was basically it. So naturally I expected it to be a strategy game. It was not. Global Domination is a very poor arcadey game about spinning a globe and clicking on missiles. Imagine Missile Command but add the need to strike back, and the very real possibility of the missiles coming from, and striking, some place that you can't see.
Deo Gratia: Unskippable long intro at the start, gameplay that is not explained anywhere (not even in the manual!) a confusing mess of an interface... There might be a good game in there somewhere, but if so you need the patience of a god to actually find it.

SimonG: Probably "And Yet IT Moves" or Bit.trip runner".

Both games were clearly made with the aim of leeching of the indie hype. Both could have been desigend by a fifteen year old with limited developing experience and they try to make up for it by being extra pretentious.

"It's not bad design, it is a feature": Yeah, right ...
And why this is quickly down rated?
Shenmue II, it was so slow and boring, I didn't even like the fighting
