blipblop303: I only have access to a Macbook air so it would need to be on a mac platform. Graphics aren't that important but nothing too ancient.

Any suggestions?
Apotheon is great if you're in the mood for something a little bit more action oriented RPG-light. I treall nails the art style that sets a unique mood for an adventure that feels different than any other. It's full of content- melee weapons, shields, ranged weapons with various properties to try, and although the combat is simple, it's very satysfying.

Shadowrun Dragonfall is a great RPG with tactical turn-based combat if you don't mind a cyberpunk/fantasy setting instead of pure, classic fantasy.

If you're in the mood for a pure point & click adventure there is nothing better than the superb Deponia series.

And finally, if after all that fantasy RPG stuff you'd like to see it turned upside-down in a hilarious way, The Bard's Tale is just about the funniest fantasy game parody you'll find, and it's just simply fun to play too.
nevermind!

or [url=https://www.gog.com/game/theme_hospital]this. For the former, make sure you can get at least 150 max 'employees'.

First choice would've been Startopia but sadly it doesn't list Mac support.
