It was something else, those last couple minutes. That poor cornerback is gonna be kicking himself for a long time, though I don't know how he could have played it any different, except by going back in time and slowing down by about 1 second to get the hit instead of diving out of the way to avoid the penalty.

Got an estimate for a solar PV installation here at the house, a larger 9.6kW ground mount system. The estimate is a bit lower than I thought (about 15% less), plus the bonus of getting a tax refund coming from the federal and state programs. We've been wanting to do this for a very long time, and might finally be able to bring it to fruition.

I don't hate you. I just lost all respect for you.

I'd take 100 real enemies over 1 fake friend anyday. At least the enemies let you know where they stand and don't pretend to care. That makes them better by a mile.

One way to tell if a person is a true friend:

Come out to them.

(Of course, this requires that you have something to come out *as*, but if you do, it is a good way to see if someone is a true friend.)
