Pendleton Ward (of Adventure Time) releases a vid on working with the developer of QWOP:

Hamlet Choose-Your-Own-Adventure, by Ryan North and a whole bunch of awesome comics artists (Kate Beaton, Zach Weiner, Ethan Nicolle, Kazu Kibuishi, Matthew Inman to mention just a few).

25 days to go and already at 127/20k, posting it here as a PSA.
Also unlike Shakespeare I didn't skip over the pirate scene in Hamlet. You get to fight PIRATES. With SWORDS. And yes OF COURSE you can choose which body part you cut off. Why would you write a book where you can't do that is my question.
Some more grist for the KS mill:

Boardgames:
ICOSAGAME(TM) Strategy in 3 Dimensions by Acme Gamewerks (Nov 30)
Handcrafted Settlers Game Board & Storage (5-6 Player Ready) (Dec 4) Yep, another one!
Kingdom Death : Monster (Jan 7)

PC games:
StarJacked : The Adventure Begins Kickstarter Reboot (Dec 1)
#103 - A Turn Based Strategy Game (Dec 3)
RELOCK (Dec 3)
Moments of Silence (Dec 5)
Spacecore (Dec 11)
Road Rebel: with music by Rob Zombie, Motörhead, Pussy Riot (Dec 22)
Goblin's Bounty: A Gamebook with Collectable Cards (Dec 23) For Android, with iOS/PC ports offered as stretch goals.
Shroud of the Ancients: http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1643151566/adventurers-guide-to-terrath-for-shroud-of-the-anc/?ref=kicktraq
It's worth noting that it's still possible to pledge towards Shadowgate using PayPal, and it will contribute towards realising the stretch goals.

Looks like fun, he's playing with the backers in the updates section.

Care for a different indie adventure game?
Richard & Alice - ends Dec. 23
Created by games journalists Lewis Denby (Eurogamer) and Ashton Raze (The Telegraph).
It's about two prisoners in a non-conventional prison.
No voice acting and no impressive visuals, but the story is quite original.

There are links to previews and an interview with the creators on the main page - check them out.
It's also on Steam Greenlight - link also on the front page.

It's a flexible campaign, but it's half-way there and has another 27 days to go.
Richard and Alice looks different I'll keep an eye on it.

Just reminding everyone of the Arakion forums, they've been a bit empty recently and the first backer input (new class) is ending so if anyone wants to think up a new class for Arakion, now is your chance.(backers only though anyone can use the rest of the forum) http://arakion.com/forums/discussions
FASA wants to make a new steampunk RPG called 1879.

Aww, miniature Wargame/RPG, not a CRPG :-(

Magpies - a graphic novel based on photography. The style remind me about Dave McKean.

Katun has failed, it was nowhere near its goal, pity it seemed a good game.
