Now we are stepping deeply into the obscurity swamp. The company behind this game is pretty famous (though possibly not always for the right things, some claim that it helped kill a genre). Some of its games are on GOG (though far from all of them. At their prime they churned out games like there was no tomorrow, and only a handful of them were alright, and some were even good, most were bad though) This game is not typical for them. They did try their hands at a lot of different genres, but for the most part, those attempts failed horribly. There was one genre that they have a great fondness for though. The company behind the game actually tried to create a co-op multiplayer adventure game (it failed). This is a god sim.
While this particular game looked like it had a lot of potential, it was confusing, crash prone, had a very long unskippable intro, sometimes switched over to French for no reason and utterly failed to explain its concepts. I also think it might have been very complex, though it might just have been so confusing that it managed to fool me.
There is a hint in the screenshot names. 3 of those make up the name of the game (but in a different language).
It was somewhat recently added to mobygames, but last time I checked, it had next to no internet presence.
*edit* Should be pointed out that this is most likely the second most obscure game I own. But it did see an international release (if a somewhat limited one), unlike the game that I suspect is more obscure.
As expected, this one was proving to be a bit tricky. So let's continue with some hints: This game was released in 1999, and was made in France.
By googling the name of this game you will end up finding a lot of christian websites. The name is Latin and refers to god. This game is not a christian game though.
