I see "Beta III" on the screenshot, which reminds me of Star Trek... Even though, there probably are tons of "Beta III" in video games.

Wraith: Heres the new one.

Reminds me of Bloodnet, for some reason. But I don't think it is. I remember that game being more... urban.

Sorry about that. It was because I was almost certain it wasn't. Does that mean my memory of the game is better, or worse than I realised?
Anyway, on with the show:

New Scotland Yard makes me think of The Getaway. But the graphics dont look good enough on the second image and The Getaway was a very pretty game.

I'll give you a clue: it's a Windows game. It's old enough to be a GOG, but not as old as it looks, if we're honest. There is also a clue in one of the images as to what kind of game it is.

Here's mine. I'm pretty sure it's fairly obscure, wikipedia and mobygames have nothing on it. Nevertheless, it's awesome.

Yeah, that's the one. Got no clue what yours is though. It looks like it's deep into indie territory. But beyond that I've got no clue.
Hmmz , i've got no clue either.
It looks homemade :)

More screenshots/hints? I have no clue, either.
I don't think more screenshots would help, so I'll give you a few hints.
The game had its heyday in 1995. It's initials are MK, and it had a free version and a premium version.
Using some clever googling you should be able to track it down, even if you haven't played it. Coincidentally, people actually still play it and it works on Vista x64.
I've been looking at many sites and found nothing. Underdogs, freebase, Mobygames and some other sites and found nothing:/
