"The game must not be sold at the moment due to a German court decision. A descendant of the original Fugger family fears a defamation of his name due to the fact that you can also take part in illegal activities in the game."

Lets wait for a verdict from Andy_Panthro - it could be a trick and it might be a screen from one of the unofficial sequels (never supported by 3DO :P )

Thiev: It is similiar to Kennedy Approach, but I played it on Amiga and it looked slightly different.
Is it Atari version, per chance?

It is that game - I think screen is from commodore version. Congrats :)

Physicser: I posted proof of it being Space Rogue in my last post, but since it was the last one on that page (at least for me), I'll give the new game here so that it's readily seen.
I remember playing this one quite a bit , oh I do so love the turn based strategy.

Age of Wonders -> I know a lot of fans of that one but I never were able to drag myself in :/ Still cool game :)
