Gothic is already here and the rest of the Gothic games used to be here, so besides this, I would really like to see Fable: The Lost Chapters.
Discworld Noir and Dunes 1&2.

And all Lucasarts adventures: DotT, Indiana Jones, Escape from Monkey Island, Grim Fandango...

Since Planescape torment is already here my #2 choice would be Warcraft 3 Reign of chaos and the Frozen throne expansion.
The rest of the Infocom catalog

Powermonger

Freddy Pharkas Frontier Pharmacist

Budokan the Martial Spirit

Wizardry 1-5

Times of Lore
Archimedean Dynasty

Or the new anniversary edition?
Be nice if when the Fable 2's 10th birthday comes around they do an anniversary edition for that one as well and actually do a PC port this time! As you may have gathered console exclusives annoy me but the fact that they did Fable 1 and 3 on PC but missed out 2 just... just.. GAH! Just!

I'm good. I don't need any Anniversary edition, because I can't probably even run it, and I'm good with Fable 2 on 360. I also have nothing against consoles exclusives, as a matter of fact I enjoy them because they give me reasons to buy consoles.
What I most want to see on GoG is not a specific title, but rather a catalog of titles. What I would most like to see on GoG is the rest of the Sierra/Dynamix/etc catalog, especially the Sierra titles. Most of these are one or two-off titles, such as Codename: Iceman, the EcoQuest games, Willy Beamish, the two Laura Bow games, the two Conquest games, and many many more. It's a shame that these games are not on here. I'd be willing to pay a hefty premium to get the entire Sierra/Dynamix/etc catalog placed on GoG.

After that catalog, I'd like the whole Lucasarts and Westwood (sp?) catalogs here as well, though I want the Sierra catalog first.

To me, these companies and their catalogs are the whole reason that a place like GoG is even in existence in the first place. DRM-free and downloadable as a separate executable independent of the 'platform' and thus able to be backed up, as well as cheap and affordable, is what I love about the titles on GoG, and I'd love to see more love for these companies.

(P.S.- I do appreciate them branching out some into newer titles as well, though, since it makes them DRM-free.)
I really can't bring myself to choose a single game. These are certainly at the top of my list:

- System Shock

- MechWarrior 2 - 3 - 4 (possibly #1 as well)

- NOLF & NOLF 2

- Turok & Turok 2

- Warhammer 40,000: Chaos Gate

Others, while intensely desired as well, are just a step below.
If really forced to choose, I'd probably go for the MechWarrior series (which isn't a single game anyway).
Mind if I pick two? One that's available elsewhere but I want to see here and one that isn't available anywhere?

The former is Final Fantasy VII. Sure people get snobby and insist that it's overrated but I find snobs don't make good game guides. If this game is half as good as the legends say then it deservers to be here and personally wont buy it till it's DRM free.

The later one is Outlaws. FPS games are my thing and I really enjoyed Call of Juarez and it's sequel Gunslinger. So I'd love to play the father of western FPS games. But considering how long we've been begging for Lucasarts games with no luck my hopes aren't high.

Ooh I'd throw in the 2 BattleTech RPGs and the 2 Mech Commanders too!

Maybe the EarthSiege games would be nice too - haven't played them to be sure
Still Grandia 2. Vote for it!
Morrowind.
It will most possibly never happen :(

Indeed. Haven't played it yet and I'm still wondering whether I should rather try to get the German version. I only played the German version of Aquanox 2 in the series and that one had absolutely amazing German voice acting. I wouldn't be surprised if it's one of those series' that you should play in the native language if you can.

It was similar with Project Nomads. The German version had voice direction by the internal sound designer who involved some really professional voice actors everyone knows from TV and then the publisher screwed up the English localization as hard as they could, not even bothering to get English native speakers. :P

Since "Schleichfahrt" is a German game, it should be here in German, just like "Die Siedler", I wonder why this is only available in English here, like some other German games, where the original writing and voice acting was quite good if existent.
