I have been on a tom yum run lately. Every day I eat it but with different ingredients. It stems from me inheriting a full jar of ready made tom yum spice base, making it very easy. I have made tom yum from the ground up several times before but there are several hard to find (around here) spices needed.
Pasta and green lentils with home made dressing based on olive oil, garlic and "french herbs".
Freshly sliced baby fillets, marinated in an aborted foetus puree, pan fried to medium rare and served with roast potatoes and onion rings.
6oz baked salmon with cayenne pepper
4oz steamed broccoli
4oz steamed brown rice
Ravioli. I think it was Shrimp & Crab, but I'd have to check the bag.
Home made hamburger with egg and chips. We call it tea time.

My dinner (that I ate at lunchtime) was onion bhajis, vegetable samosas, salad and Quorn pieces with a cup of tea.
Fried fish sticks. Some people made my mood junk (again). So, junk food it is.
