Time of Contempt
Been meaning to start it for a month or so, but guess the Witcher 3 hype now was the kick I needed to actually get to it :)
Still going through American Gods; I'm now also reading Realware by Rudy Rucker, the last part in the Ware Tetralogy.
The style is a bit chaotic but the man had interesting ideas about the future of science.
"Console Wars: Sega, Nintendo, and the Battle that Defined a Generation"
Quit Moby Dick halfway through today; too much textbook talk about whales and the whaling industry, with a bit of story happening in-between. The language sure is beautiful at times though. Was looking forward to Melville's most known work, as it was likened in style to Cormac McCarthy's Blood Meridian, which is phenomenal.

Moved on to The Pale King by David Foster Wallace.
Star Trek : The Eugenics Wars.
"Forging the Darksword" by Weis & Hickman

As it happens I just finished All the Pretty Horses last night, so I'll be looking for Blood Meridian and more of his stuff next time I hit up the book store.

Not sure what else I have sitting around the house, but I think there is some Elmore Leonard waiting to be read.

The Border Trilogy is really worth finishing; now that you are done with All the Pretty Horses, I recommend moving on to The Crossing, followed by Cities of the Plain.

Blood Meridian, I cannot urge you enough to have that on your list though. One of the books I've read three times already and will so again and again. The strongest of all I've read by him I feel.

Suttree is fantastic, fantastic as well, if you are looking for further Cormac McCarthy material.

Then, one more book of his I have read so far is The Road. You are probably recognizing a pattern now: another great title :)

EDIT:

Almost forgot two of his plays I've read, The Sunset Limited (interesting) and The Counselor (bland, generic, not a recommendation).

Yep, he's a recent addition to my 'look for' list, along with Christopher Moore, the aforementioned Elmore Leonard, and Neal Stephenson.

Just started Jutland 1916, to learn about that particular naval battle.
Finished A Dance With Dragons so it is now time to weep for the long wait for Winds :(

On the bright side on to All You Need is Kill
The Persian Expedition and Chronicles of the Crusades.
Now I'm reading A Feast for Crows, and next week I'll take from library A Dance with Dragons
Well now I am finished Mistborn and now taking a break from the series because now I'm trying out librarys. My first book I'm trying is a short story collection called Warriors with writers like George R. R. Martin, Robin Hobb, Cecelia Holland, Tad Williams among others. Read the first one that was written by Cecelia Holland and it was OK. About some vikings going on a raid and such.
Moby-Dick. I'm immensely pleased by the number of fart jokes and innuendos that Melville put in there!
