You woke up today feeling a sense of adventure? Despite the cold autumn weather outside you want to explore distant lands, solve puzzles and meet intriguing characters? That’s great because this week we prepared for you a whole bunch of unforgettable DRM-free adventure games up to 90% off.

Fossil Echo (-75%) is a platform title perfectly tailored for fans of Oddworld game series and anime films from Studio Ghibli. It has a wonderful, hand-drawn world and an intriguing story, that is revealed to the player without uttering a single word. Join a young nameless boy on a journey up the mysterious tower standing in the middle of the sea.

EARTHLOCK (-80%) is a turn-based role-playing game. Its graphics and musical score will give you the impression of taking part in a story straight of the animated feature film. Alongside Amon, a young desert scavenger, you will set out on an adventure through filled with wonder and excitement world of Umbra.

TRI: Of Friendship and Madness (-75%) is an FPP puzzle game that will make you think hard and scratch your head more than once. With complete three-dimensional freedom of movement and ability to create triangle-shaped platforms on the way, you venture into the world of the Odd Gods. Each puzzle here can be approached from different angles, and always has more than one solution to it.

Little Big Adventure (-70%) is an all-time classic among the adventure games. Published in 1994, it won almost instant acclaim among gamers worldwide. How was it possible? Little Big Adventure has an engaging story, told with a sense of humor that hasn’t aged one bit. Moreover, it enables gamers to explore the world of Twinsun with a level of freedom that was hardly seen at the time of its release and remains praiseworthy even today.

Bloodnet (-75%) is a traditional point and click adventure game worth checking by all those who wait impatiently for Cyberpunk 2077. It combines sci-fi elements from books like William Gibson’s Neuromancer with the gothic horror storytelling of Vampire: The Masquerade. As Ransom Stark, hacker and a mercenary, you wander through the dark streets of New York A.D. 2094. Your goal is to find a cure for vampirism, a curse that was bestowed upon you by a dangerous woman.

More adventure titles await you during this Weekly Sale. For example, check out Kim (-70%), Timelapse (-75%), Lighthouse: The Dark Being (-20%), and other games that will bring colors to the grey autumn day outside.

Weekly Sale ends on November 18th at 2 PM UTC.

gloombandit: Mind you, that price on Pajama Sam is pretty good.
It isn't that good when you consider that the GOG version lacks support for German and other languages and that you already could get the games at half of the current price.
Depth of Extinction is 75% off, which is a historical low. The game is also on sale on STEAM, where it's only 45% off, which is in line with previous discounts for the game. So this might mean that the game is incorrectly discounted on GOG.

Maybe it's cheaper if you compare the first game on STEAM, with the vol. 1 collection on GOG. But if you add together all the games for the vol. 1, you get a better deal on GOG. Though you miss out on the German language, so that might just be a deal-breaker.

It shows 44% off now.

So it was a mistake. It was 75% off when I wrote my message, 24 hours after the start of the sale.

MarkoH01: Or maybe the sale is considered to be not that great? Just take a look at the "Made in Poland" sale - it has 73 comments.

tfishell: That's possible. Do you think forum engagement levels (in general) have remained the same? edit: maybe engagement is the same or even higher and the threads being created just don't interest me personally

(btw I do have enough self-awareness to recognize I'm basically the only person here that cares about Pajama Sam/Humongous Entertainment ;)
Hard to say. Like you said, everybody is simply watching threads that are interesting for him- or herself. I'd say forum participation has not changed THAT much. Some left and new people are joining. Of course the forum being broken as it is - for over a year now - is not helping things ... but that's another matter ;)

Regarding Pajama Sam. I guess those interested in the game already bought it a long time ago. It's been on sale several times. I still am a bit sour about the missing German localisation but I still did buy it in the meantime. Don't worry - there are enough people that will spread the love :)
I feel like this is the lowest price "Earthlock" has been yet or am I wrong?

According to isthereanydeal.com this is the lowest price on GOG. Not a record low though it has been on sale for -80% before here.

I don't blame you for that, I actually forgot about that tbh; thanks for buying it anyway. ;) Tommo/Retroism has been disappointing in that regard for sure, but I hope GOG and them do work to bring other Humongous adventures. This week feels like an appropriate time to release them - Spy Fox, Freddi Fish, Putt-Putt ~$10 bundles at competitive discounts and added to this sale (since they've already been on sale on Steam) - but we GOGgers should know better than to get our hopes up ;)

j0ekerr: Is it just me, or is there whole orders of magnitude less engagement in the forums nowadays?

I mean, new weekly sale, and 3 comments.

That's, kind of sad.
I know, right? Some nights I am the only one on here....which is odd since gog is international so there should be people here at any hour.

I think it's true what one user said: Most simply don't use the forums. :\

TheMonkofDestiny: How much engagement do you want when the sales seemingly roll off a conveyor in frequency these days? Sale burnout isn't just an ailment beholden to people daring to buy from other places
But it's not just sales....most posts I see are forum games or regulars(and some newcomers) asking for help with something, and some giveaways as well. Beyond that there is a bit of shooting the bull and not much else most times.

I find them to look interesting as well, and might get them eventually....so there's at least one more who cares. :)
