It's all about the perspective - here's a selection of games that do it great in isometric view, or those in retro 2D.

Some gamers like specific genres - RPGs, strategies or shooters. And there are also those who prefer certain camera views in games they play. This weekend those who like ARPGs in isometric view are in for a treat!

Grab Grim Dawn (-70%) and dive into the apocalyptic fantasy world as Soldier, Demolitionist, Occultist, Nightblade, Arcanist or Shaman. There's hundreds of unique items, crafting and quests with choice & consequence waiting for you. If you're more into ancient times, Titan Quest Anniversary Edition (-80%) is here to grant you hack'n'slash action against horrific monsters and mythical beasts from Greece, Egypt and Asia. Shadows: Awakening (-60%) and Shadows: Heretic Kingdoms (-50%) are also available on sale for those who look for extensive gameplay played in two parallel fantasy worlds.

And if you're into something from a very different perspective, luck is on your side - 2D retro games from SNK catalog are on sale this weekend as well! The well-known and beloved games like Metal Slug, The King of Fighters, Shock Troopers, Fatal Fury and more are 66% off!

SNK and Weekend Sale end on August 5th, 2019 at 1 PM UTC.
Some nice games are here. Thx GOG!
This news post is promoting two different promo - well better than leaving something unannounced.
You forgot the ends date -_-!

Weekend sale & SNK sale ends on August 5, 1PM UTC
If you don't have Grim Dawn yet, you're majorly missing out!

Book of Demons is also a great "lunch break" game with some interesting choices on mechanics. Try it.

I'm almost a little sad. Two of my oldest wishlist entries are now purchased. Well done, evil gog. ;-)
I love me some Grim Dawn but damn the DLC is still pricey.

I hate the fact that full fledged Expansions are called DLC these days :P (unless you mean the Loyalist Packs or Crucible).

But rest assured, they are well worth it.

Low discounts on DLCs is a norm.
Still worth their price, even with tiny discounts.

I got this "DLC" at launch price and very soon I was thinking it was too cheap. Fixed that with loyalist pack 2.

I really like the new style with so many promo offers running at the same time. It's just nice to have always such a wide range of titles available with good discounts.

The problem is only how deep the discounts are, but, sure, I perfectly understand that it just cannot be always "code green" in RWarehall's spreadsheet (:
