I hope, I'll find time to do some covers.
Meanwhile here are some disc labels:

GABRIEL KNIGHT: SINS OF THE FATHERS - 20TH ANNIVERSARY [Disc Label]

EDNA & HARVEY: THE BREAKOUT [Disc Label]

RETURN TO CASTLE WOLFENSTEIN [Disc Label]

This is cool. So are you guys burning the games to a dvd and then just printing off the labels and sticking them in a case? Where are you getting cases to do this? Does anyone have any pictures of finished projects? As a physical collector of games this really appeals to me. I'd love to see some collections of this in action.

The cases can be purchased everywhere (Amazon etc.). The discs can be printed directly. I'm using a Canon iP7250. My covers are being printed on glossy photo paper. It looks awesome. I also use collector case wraps. This way the cases always look like new.
Some steps can be a bit tricky, like to get the color saturation and brightness of the covers right but for me it's worth the effort.

OMG its one of thing I want the most in gaming. GoG.com seeling thier game on box and DRM Free. If they do that, seriously, I support your forever <3

Steam and ther DRM policy killed all physical games on PC, its just bunch of codes on box, with useless disk, unsharable with friend, just ridiculous. I cant get it for AAA recent game, but games about 2-3 year old.. really ?

Thanks for sharing. Those look great. So what do you mean when you say the discs are printed directly? You're not printing a disc cover and applying it to the disc? Is it pricey to do this? Any suggestions on which cases to buy on amazon? Sorry for all the questions, but this is awesome and I'm just trying to learn more about it.

With the mentioned (and pretty cheap) printer you can print the discs directly. Of course you need special discs for that, but they're just a tad more expensive than standard discs. I use cases from Amaray. I prefer the transparent cases, since they look less cheap than the black counterparts and look great with most of the cover artworks. Amaray has also inlays to store an additional disc in the case. Sometimes I use them for additional soundtrack cds, patches or other game versions.
