Thiev, cubeupload seems to be permanently broken for me with normal one minute upload / downloads taking thirty minutes or failing completely. If these links work for you please replace my existing Spellforce Platinum cover with these updated covers, thanks . . =)

I have backups of the covers up to around June 2012. At 30 - 40 minutes per upload I'm not likely to upload them again nor ask Thiev to change the links.

CubeUpload as added ajax.googleapis.com which seems to have broken the site for me. GOG added apis.google.com which has partially broken the GOG site for me as well since most buttons/ links/prices don't appear for me now.

If you can send me the backups somehow, I can add a mirror on skydrive. I can (and will start doing it) get the covers myself, but that assumes that cubeupload will not timeout on me, and that I'll have to properly organize them.

Oh well, I think I'll manage to get that done by New Year, time to start downloading and organizing them.

Thanks for the offer. I have made 344 covers at around 1 MB each with the 150 covers made by other at 1 - 2 MB's each so . . . around 500 MB's total. I believe most folks can download them from CubeUpload just fine. I have a lot of security on my browser so my download problems are self induced. Thiev has them backed up as well I believe.

A tremendous amount of work for you and probably not worth the effort since Thiev has a good handle on it. Only if CubeUpload fails completely is there a risk of loosing them.

I was considering updating my covers to reflect the Mac and Win 8 support but it's time consuming, CubeUpload is failing for me and more work than I would expect Thiev to take on now as she would have to change all the links in her spreadsheet . . =)

Well, problem is that cubeupload is currently timing out on me quite a bit. I still haven't managed to take a look at the last images you uploaded, and I've been trying on and off since you posted them, but they keep stopping half way through :/
I will try to get them, even if just for myself, and should there be a need to mirror them somewhere, offer still stands.

Same problem for me, just found out today as I only upload to them. Took around 40 minutes to upload those Spellforce covers. When I tried to download from a GOG link it starts and hangs . . . sits there without further download. I had assumed it was my brower security but if you and others are having the same problem it must be a CubeUpload problem.

CubeUpload had a similar problem last year and logged on in this thread to tell us it would be corrected. They did correct it so I haven't tried to dl a cover in several months till today.

Edit: I'm getting the same hangup using IE (with no protection) and downloading directly from Thiev's spreadsheet so I believe it's a CubeUpload problem. If I start the DL here on GOG, close it when it hangs, start the DL again, repeat . . it will eventually download the image.

I've also been having a lot of difficulty collecting the covers since around December 20th. Extremely slow downloads of the covers or they simply do not download at all. I've found that if the cover freezes up, if I stop the webpage from loading and reload it, it will download a bit more. Sometimes I've had to repeat that step several times to get it to DL completely.

I did some looking and found their twitter page. Apparently cubeupload has been having some server problems. They were down on the 20th and while the site is back up they're still having some issues w/ speed. Hopefully they'll get those fixed soon.

I have started mirroring them on Skydrive, though it is a slow process. Will post a link later today where what I've got so far will be available. Started from the newest covers and I'm working my way back.
