JinseiNGC224: I'm completely fine with whatever comes. I'm not as pessimistic as some folks around here. But I do like to speculate, unconventially and also in ways least expected. And casual games is not going to be the mainstay of the future. If any game store did that they'd fail. Even cell phone app stores sell mobile MMO's and shooters, which I don't classify as casual.

I always wish big :)
If I had to listen to my wishes, I would hope for "Dune 2000" or "Emperor:battle for Dune". But for the moment, the mental image I associate with Gog is a big black cloud rather than a shiny day. Must be the "regional" effect. I shouldn't have read those recent megathreads /grin
It's going to be Harvester, guys. On the other hand, if it is indeed one of the Dune titles, I promise I will eat my pants. And link a pic here.
I still believe in Sim Farm :>

I hope it will be a Dune title :)

When will the game be release anyway? Today?

justanoldgamer: Command & Conquer Ultimate Collection DRM Free

Wouldn't that justify regional pricing?
No. You can have it on amazon for $5. Though many games won't even work on modern systems. And the horrible always online DRM (from what I've heard at least)... still I wouldn't buy it in euros. It's a matter of principle here.
I'm glad it ended up being Harvester. It'll make many a gamer happy :)

If it was here it would be DRM free and would be tweaked to work on modern system. ( The First Decade works fine on my 64 bit computer, I just need to kill explorer.exe for the older titles)

There are a myriad of other problems with the Origin release of the old C&C games, such as the brilliant idea to lock in compatibility settings into the registry.

It's not my type of game either and I probably will never buy it, but it's good to have variety on any store.
I have no idea about this one, any ideas?
