Base Game
- Added base production points to manufacturing/research/income production tooltips
- Fixed issue where functional components in the ship designer weren't taking the player's techs into account
- Fix for issue where player made ship components would be loaded twice, showing up as duplicates

- Drengin slave improvements don't increase population cap anymore.
- More balancing to ideological events.
- Pirate event more common
- Evil motivation traits reduced from doubling to something more reasonable
- Updated and rebalanced Mercenary components just for the Mercenaries DLC.
- DLC Mega events:Pirates start with some techs that make them move faster, get some money up front.

No, it's because the game in question now requires, at minimum, OSX 10.10 or higher :)

Sorry, but I have to ask because, as you know, I am just too curious :)
Does this mean that the original requirements simply always were wrong or was the Mac OS version not yet released?

From what I remember, there were several updates to the Mac version and from what I can recall, during one of those updates the system requirements were changed but for some reason or another, probably due to a bug, version 10.9.0 got displayed on the page.

* (Balance) Palace and Big City maps: add henchmen near starting locations. (You'll always have a Gang attack target on turn 1.)
* (UI) Multi-language support
* (UI) Show number of remaining bribes in the Upgrade screen
* (UI) Dozens of small UI improvements, tweaks, and fixes
* (Fix-hopefully!) A handful of players have reported the game's visuals will occasionally freeze while audio continues playing. I haven't been able to reproduce this, but I've added some code that hopefully mitigates it...

* This update also includes some behind the scenes work to prepare for some future content and releases but nothing that will impact your games.

Dying Light: The Following - Enhanced Edition

CHANGELOG
Update 1.14.0 (16 October 2017)

Dying Light’s Content Drop #1 – “Lethal Inventions”

Dying Light’s Content Drop #1 brings three brand-new weapons alongside three special bounties needed to unlock these lethal inventions.

* New Axe – Fenris
* Bounty: Bloodlust
* Fenris gains bonus damage for the next swing whenever it cuts off an opponent’s limb, which makes it perfect for fighting a stronger enemy accompanied by a group of weaker ones. Just cut off a weaker enemy’s leg and gain additional power to attack the tough guy.
* New Knife – Kuai Dagger
* Bounty: Rise of the Phoenix
* A very light knife made of jade. It fits the hand so well and weights so little that it allows the runner to reach their maximum speed. Simply string parkour moves together to get an incremental speed boost.
* New Revolver – Last Wish
* Bounty: Ace in the Hole
* What makes the Last Wish special is her final shot mechanic. Land consecutive headshots to increase the firepower of your bullets. Score five headshots in a row for a massive 6th shot.
