It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

yyahoo: Strange. I got the update flag, but there was nothing that was specifically marked as new...

JMich: The "New" flag is on the first language, which for some weird reason was German for me. Thus why I linked to the post.
Ohhhh, so that's it. Yeah, mine defaults to English, so I didn't see any new flags.

Wow! That's a pretty hefty download for an "update". I guess the new "engine" couldn't be patched-in to save from another 3 GB download... :/

It's also an update from v1.x installers to v2.x ones. Thus why new installer instead of patch.

Yeah that's a problem with GOG and their installers, every game which getting a v2 installer need to be totaty redownloaded (it's not a mandatory to play, but if there're future updates , you are forced to do so..)

WIthout counting , those ain't flagged by the notification system , this one escaped this , because there was german language added .

Update thread in game's subforum
Apart from the enhanced language support (which is great), how significant are these updates? I only just installed Edna & Deponia - do the changes justify deinstalling the old versions and downloading the new ones, which might take me a day or two considering my internet speed?

Deponia used to be at version 1.3, now it's at 2.0. All three games (the two Deponias and Edna & Harvey) got a serious overhaul from what I can gather :)

Well, okay, I probably won't play them this weekend anyway, so maybe I'll download the new versions just to be on the safe side. Thanks!
Ok, like on most fridays (did not last week because I wasn't home) I rechecked my collection. I'd stop doing that if I would get some updates that nobody noticed yet every time I do this. This are the ones from sometime in the last 2 weeks:

Change to v2 installer:
Alien Shooter 2 Reloaded (2.0.0.8)
Fantasy Wars (2.0.0.6)
Gobliiins Pack (2.0.0.61)
King's Bounty: The Legend (2.0.0.5)
Resonance (2.0.0.8)
S2: Silent Storm Gold (2.0.0.7)
UFO Afterlight (2.0.0.6)
UFO Aftermath (2.0.0.2)
UFO Aftershock (2.0.0.2)
Unmechanical (2.0.0.20)

And this one got a "normal" silent update as it already had a v2 installer for about 4 months:
Sensible World of Soccer 96/97 (2.2.0.9)
I checked my collection & found some more games which got a v2 installer :

- Starwolves
- Trine
- Alien Shooter + Expansion

I hink i gonna shoot the person responsable of the notification system update :P

I just wanted to say that I have Deponia on.... Another DD site and GOG are getting the update on the same day, which is always good to see. Also the update there was 2.3 Gb which is maybe a BIT smaller but still very substantial so its not like a re-download for a couple of lines of code or anything...

Well, it would really be nice to have some sort of a RSS feed for updated games and - better - to display somewhere in the installer window the version of the installer, not just in the filename.

Cryostasis and Simon the Sorcerer 1 & 2 got a 2.0 unflagged update, Cryostasis is a bit confusing because it is discontinued.
Ring Runner got updated
