hi every one

when I try to enter the site from my other account the page with the bear holding earth comes

and I cant download my games

but the problem disappears if I entered from another account a new one......

it being two dam days

help me

Clear your browser cache, try another browser if that doesn't help. Contact support if neither helps.

Try another browser.
If that doesn't works Clear browser cookie and try again.
If this fails then try using proxy.

If you have used Gmail I can suggest one more alternative but it may or may not work (although it worked for me).
Register a new account with similar (similar NOT same) username.
(Suppose If you email id is Username@gmail.com )
Put a "." (without quote) in your email like this U.sername@gmail.com
When registration completes log out and log in again.
It should open your previous account.

I did all of that man but no use

the funny thing is when I log from a new account I have no problem

but from my games account which I purchase from two days ago , gives me the same massage again and again

We do? I've never noticed that.

GOG does have a small team available for business-critical issues on weekends and evenings, but most tickets get to wait until the full staff is on location.

We practice our arcane (though not at all robotic) Support magicks during the weekends too, though for undestandable reasons there aren't as many of us working on a Saturday and Sunday than during regular weekdays. :)

Big deal the weekend! Ever since I got fired the weekends have been kind of BLAH, though it is the only time I get to hang out with my working friends. :D

Yeah, so apparently I got corrected by Firek. They have learned how to weave mana, it's the technology they have yet to fully master.
