Thank you very much. My brother was just talking to me about this recently, and thought I'd try it out.
Obviously not in but those are interesting questions.

-Did you ever procrastinate on something? If yes, on what you procrastinated and did this procrastination have consequences (be they positive or negative)? If not, how do you manage not procrastinating? Do you have a particular time management system to avoid procrastination for example?

I procrastinated all the way through school, always studying or doing homework at the last minute and often enough not at all. As a result I flunk CEGEP (College). I did a lot better a few years ago in adult education to get a diploma in tech support, I aced most courses.

-Did you overthink something? Aka did you think something was more difficult than it really was? If yes, how did you feel for this seemingly difficult thing before doing it and after you did it? If not, how you manage not overthinking stuff? Do you have a particular system to avoid doing so?

Always which lead to severe mental health issues. I'm doing a bit better now with treatment, receiving mail does not terrorize me anymore amongst other things. I try to take things one step at a time but I find that extremely hard. One of my victory has been the dishes. I have a dishwasher but months would pass between dish washing. I'd usually clean one plate and set of utensil manually when I ate at home. Once I got diagnosed and started getting help I got better at it. I don't look at the dishes as an unsurmountable task anymore which help it not becoming one.
