If you had to pick one game ... That's JUST ONE GAME ... To represent the perfect example of a good old game, what would you pick?
And let's play this like men ... Don't be typing your runner ups.
Pick 1 and 1 alone.
And then say why.

I pick Heroes of Might and Magic 2

Why?

Because if I had a cosy cottage, and that cottage had a cosy fireplace ... Above the flickering flames on a mantle, alone and in the middle ( maybe a couple of candles, a mug, and pipe ) ... there would be 1 game ... to let ALL visitors know ... Heroes and Might and Magic 2 is the PERFECT EXAMPLE of a Good Old Game :)
And also because it's ancient, digital art.
The music is superb.
It's tactical.
And you select the difficulty level by selecting a chess piece ... PURE CLASS!

For me it was the new beginning after the videogame crash and was the game that solidify the industry as an industry for real. my humble opinion

i would say simon the sorcerer, point and click adventure 2d sprites . The genre was born on pc and i believe only pc gamers know that name really

I don't know if it's the best game on GoG, but I would have to say Dungeon Keeper. It's a brilliant game, it's unique, we're unlikely to see anything like it again.
It's what brought me here, and I'm sure there are a lot of others who would say the same.

I'm starting to panic ... you may be on to something.

The game is getting interesting. But there's a vid I need to watch .. And I paid for it, so I'm watching it.

It's called the Homesman. I'd seen a clip on tv and It got my interest. I love a good cowboy film.

I could have been a cowboy ... if I had a horse ... a few cows ... etc

But I can sing country in the same vein as Marty Robins ( Think Running Gun )
