Hoax? I totally hope it's false, since they destroyed what could be of the second and third film, after the amazing first movie.
(I can't stand this specific kind of milking: making two films at once. I somewhat liked Avatar, but filming Avatar 2 and 3 together and releasing them 2014 and 2015 is a bad, bad idea just like it was with these The Matrix sequels).

A Bill and Ted 3 would be acceptable, though.

[UPDATE 2: Keanu's rep and the studio confirmed that this is entirely fabricated. The only somewhat true part is about the future Robin Hood script, which we knew about already, but it didn't cost anywhere near as much as $5 million.]

Yes, I've read all of that.

What I meant by "I totally hope it's false" is that I hope they never really write a script for the 4th and 5th film and start going to studios to actually make them happen.

I may remember wrong, but I'm pretty sure they've said the story is done and over with. The games and three movies were planned from the beginning, but I'm pretty sure it was always meant to end where it did.

With totally different actors. No, not even then. Bill & Ted were films of their era. The likes of which won't be seen again (until history repeats itself again).
