Huh. That sucks. I was hoping to eventually get around to playing this. Hope it comes back some day, the game looks like it's a good one.

I'm in the same boat as so many others in this thread: it looks interesting, but not at that price point. Sad to see it go, and I hope it will come back, but if not, then I'll just have to console myself with my backlog/new releases.

Well isn't this "nice". Someone recommended it to me, so I had it on my wishlist, waiting for a sale.

I grudgingly bought it at full price now and I hope the devs will keep their word and keep providing updates.

This has been on my wishlist too. Unfortunately it is currently above my budget. Even at 50% off it's above my budget for most games. Having said that, I would get this before it leaves if it were 50% off.

Does "updates" mean the missing episodes? Or does the GOG version already have all the episodes?

Episode 3 is due sometime in December or later I heard, episodes 4 and 5... no idea. No, GOG does not have them now.

I think the removal is because it's episodic nature, too. This theme rose with the fall of Telltale and is still discussed with "Bard's Tale Remastered", because that is episodic, too, and there is critique about that.

I would have caved for 10 bucks, but 25 bucks AND episodic game (2 of 5 episodes released) AND survival to the extreme? Nope, do not have the time / patience for that. Sorry.

A shame for sure, but thanks for the heads up as always.
The game had great potential but for the full price and only 2 chapters out of 5 complete is a risk too high.
It would have been nice a final discount... or an extension of what there was until yesterday.
