I wish Hitman was cheaper so I can buy it. The new one. Those darn sales aren't coming down any time soon.

I wish Shadow Warrior 1/2(the new ones) were much cheaper as I also want to play them to see how they fair compared to the original.

(Also for I wish with regards to releases: I wish Doom[new one coming out] was not being delayed for more months because I am nearly done with 2016's Doom and need more)
(Also also nice thread idea, OP)
Factorio. I cannot in good mind, suggest it to anyone for 30 dollars. Nothing about Factorio is 30 dollars.
What annoys me with some games are those games that had a console release first then a few years later the devs port it to PC and charges $60 bucks for it when it should be at least $40 or maybe $50. The same goes remakes of games that are like 3 years old and then those said games get ported to the current gen Console and they charge $60 bucks for the game. Yeah I understand that some of those games come with all of the DLC for said game.

This is basically every release of Cave Story. Nicalis is a dickbag of a publisher.

If you mean Hitman 2016, you can get it inside Hitman 2 for a pretty low price during sales. I got the whole new series... Hitman, Hitman 2 and the Hitman 2 expansion pass... for like $40 a few Steam sales ago. It's a TON of content for that price, I played like 200 hours.

You can be honest with us....it was trying on new disguises and such, wasn't it? XD
I already own it, but I'll say RiME, because I wish more people could enjoy it. It's a marvellous game, a true work of art with gorgeous visuals, beautiful music and a unique storytelling experience. But the base price seems too high, considering the game doesn't take that long to finish and the replay value is limited unless you're a completionist and want to collect all the "treasures".

drxenija: Your turn
I don't think GOG is doing themselves a favor by failing to secure franchise / collection level bundle discounts on parity with other stores. Examples:-

- Over the past 2-3 years I've seen Bioshock: The Collection sold as a trilogy on Steam for £40 (-75% sale = £10) for B1 + B2 + B2 DLC + BI + All BI DLC + Linux version of BI. On GOG, there is no official "Collection" option but when purchased separately they add up to £64 (£18 in sale) and minus the Linux option for BI.

- Other discrepancies include mismatched bundles. Eg, Space Quest collection (1-6) on Steam = £9.99 vs GOG = 2x £7.79 (1-3 + 4-6 sold separately) = £15.58, or +55% more expensive. At time of writing it's -75% off or £2.49 Steam vs £15.58 GOG which isn't exactly the best advert for "Good Old Games".

Personally I don't mind paying a small premium for DRM-Free, but it gets harder to convince other new people to come to GOG when some franchises, old and new alike, end up +50-80% more expensive on GOG for the same content purely due to mismatched or outdated bundles / collections.
Those "newstyle-retro" games, are pretty expensive. Those new, flashy shooters and metroidvanias, specifically. I could certainly buy myself some:

Amid Evil
Dusk
Hollow Knight package
Dead Cells package

And others, at a cheaper price. Now, i am waiting for a big sales or something.

And Bethesda's latest entries, are frustratingly expensive, for year released and compared against Steam's discounts... Speaking of which, i am still waiting for DOOM 3 + RESSURECTION OF EVIL, because i ain't buying the dumbened down, internationally censored, cashgrab, called BFG Edition!!!

Crosmando: What?! Have you even played it, Factorio is worth like 60 bucks and it's not even finished. Get better taste fag.
Say, why don't you go playing high quality videogames like Grimoire or go back bashing heads with your prestigious pals at RPG Codex?
That way you can be, well... yourself outside of the sight of who is here to talk and not to bark. Just saying.
I'd buy Screamer 1 & 2 if Blizzard would go higher than 66%, I'm not willing to give them the satisfaction ever since they upped their base prices.

It is a great little game. For me though the price was perfect, since I played it with some free Game Pass time on Xbox, then I got the free Epic store giveaway.

For me the games I'd wish would hurry up and get cheaper (or go on Game Pass) are Sekiro, Code Vein and Borderlands 3. But mainly Sekiro.

Postings like that make me wish there was a "report to mods" link next to the "report as spam" one :/
