DieRuhe: Every time I see the "bitch about life" thread hit the top of the list, I find myself thinking, why not something where we can actually talk about what's good in our lives?

Everyone has bad times; but unless something is really, really wrong or your perspective is just totally skewed, you should also have some good times. Why not put out something positive now and then?

Personally, after having been unemployed for six months and having applied to a ton of jobs with no luck, I finally got one. Granted, it's not my idea of a dream job, but the pay is good and there should be ample opportunity for overtime. So, I can finally start working on getting the rest of my life back on track instead of spinning my wheels - pay off some debts, make some improvements and, of course, buy more games!

AlKim: I got a new chair. I know it doesn't sound like particularly good news, but the old one was such a POS that it gave me a slight but constant back pain. This new one supports my body much better. It's comfortable as well and, to my mind anyway, vaguely stylish.

GameRager: What did you do with your old chair? Did you take a bat to it Office Space style?
