And they'll give a proper window of time for all of us to download their games. Or at least I hope so, I mean if they don't this will be a HUGE punch to the whole digital product industry.

as the current owners have filed as bankrupt, im pretty sure there would be some legal clause of (at the least) a grace period for service users.
i see it more likely that it will have new owners or be absorbed into another platform with continued access to purchases.

I'm just not sure who would be willing to step up to the plate. The biggest 2 players have no use for it. Are the rest of the players in any position to attempt acquisition? itch.io? Linden seemed to come from nowhere, so maybe there's someone else like that. But with all the missing payments to devs over the months, it seems like a black hole where no reasonable person would want to tread.
