I've recently passed the great benchmark of 100 wins on S.Gifts, so I'm giving back some games.

if you click on the steam price in the giveaway & it directs you to the videogames page for Steam, it states:
"Low Violence: German low violence version only available with German language"
id love the game but i dont understand the language enough to play it...
if anyone knows if there is subtitles, i dont mind so much...
but if there isnt, then i suggest giving it to someone that can understand & enjoy it completely...

it says the same with Titan Quest, too...
ive always wanted to play, both of those games but they just dont have them in English...

i just realized that it is the German language version, only...
id rather someone who understands German fluently receive this game...

No, I believe that means that if you buy the German language version, you get the German low violence version.

This is a regional restriction that only applies to orders for the game from Germany. Non-German versions exist and are not "low violence".

I think exactly the same thing as adambiser. That must be a warning in the game's Store Page for everybody in case you live in Germany. Some THQ games have this very same warning (including Titan Quest). And if you search in Steam, there's only one Store Page for those games, not an "International" page without any warning, and a German page with the warning.
