orcishgamer: The two expensive DLCs are multiplayer, all DLC is for multiplayer, the cheap stuff is cosmetic.
avatar
Garugo: Thanks for the reply. Hmm, how's the multiplayer? Is it a co-op campaign or more like the DoW2 Arena fight co-op?
There's an onslaught mode (for free) were you survive co-op style. Then there's deathmatch, but generally with a twist. The Dreadnaught mode is probably the most unique. Once a team gets up a Dreadnaught you'll find out if your team is good enough to t ake it down or not.

EDIT: I've heard very mixed reviews (love or hate, no in between) on GRAW 2, for 2.50 it almost seems worth the gamble. Any input?

Great, The Binding of Isaac DLC is $0.74. I was hoping that it was going to be on sale.
It seems everything else on sale was already just as cheap on Amazon or GG. No wonder this is the first time this year I'm buying directly from Steam.
Anno 2070 and Anno 2070 Collection (with DLC) are same price....
I'm really starting to become a fan of the steam client because i love how you can keep your games in your library all neat and tidy with achievements, game info, see DLC and easy to launch the game, not that i've bought many games off steam, most i've bought off gamersgate with steam keys, amazon digital through some great sales and the indie bundles with steam keys.

Still love GOG because of all the extra goodies you get which are exclusive, not really a fan of dotemu because the download speed is quite slow, games work fine though.

That Worms Reloaded sale that's currently on is very tempting. Hmm, I probably shouldn't.

Has anyone played it here? How is it compared to the previous installments of the franchise?
The Binding of Isaac
Overhyped . Found it boring .

I spent a few hours playing it on the "Free Weekend" or whatever it was called. I still prefer Armageddon and World Party, but it's decent.

Don't worry, you'll start to hate the way they handle DLC, checks list of DLC (DLC 1, DLC 2, DLC 3), no idea what those represent on the game page, have fun manually checking each DLC during a sale to figure out what you need/want.

Automatically installed with the game without even having to give it a second look? Yeah I agree that's pretty awesome.

I'll take having to look at a list of my DLC the few times a game is on sale and I want more in exchange for the convenience :)
I see Call of Juarez is next to nothing on US Steam, but nothing for us in EU. Damn you regional pricing!

The name in the DLC tab doesn't match the name in the store most of the time. Yeah, I love that feature too.

Yeah, not the part of DLC handling said I loved though ^^
I am pretty new to it so im sure i'll find faults with it too but i still like how convenient it makes it and i just found out by using view downloadable content that the Just Cause 2 game i bought off amazon.com in the July sale has three DLC's that came with it, i didnt know it came with any DLC so a nice surprise :)
