RafaelLopez: I still can't stand the sight of a client application stationary in memory at all times and over-the-internet activation.
In defense of Steam, it doesn't take more than 20MB ram and should never use any CPU (unless you run XP with pre-2005 hardware perhaps) other than with opening pages, updating a game or downloading one. Also, unless the game specifically has a 3rd-party DRM there's no activation with steam. You just buy something, download it and you can play (usually some update with visual basic for the first time). Oh and there's an offline mode that works with single player games but to activate that you have to, ironically enough, be online.

I just bought Company of Heroes for 18 SEK / 2€. I've actually never played it but apparently it's suppose to be close to what Men of War is and I enjoyed that. I wonder when I will actually get down to play it with my never ending backlog.. :(

Damn Arma II is still at 20% only too.
Is Stalker Shadow of Chernobyl still bugged?
I own this ages ago,but I remember there are a TONS of bug,so I give the game to a friend.

Yep get Stalker Complete Mod! You are missing out on an awesome game if you don't try it modded.
Awesome, Steam actually lets me vote for discounts on games unavailable in my region. Without warning.

Let me guess, Fable III?
Fun thing is, I actually purchased it from, of all things, Direct2Drive last year.

The Longest Journey. Why on earth? It's like region-locking Wolf 3D.. oh, wait...
Just a note, guys: Fable: The Lost Chapter is also 75% off or $2.49, this one doesn't seem to be region-locked.
If the Longest Journey doesn't run away with this vote I'll be flabbergasted.

taczillabr: Bump, after hell breaks loose here. =p

Inside a Star-filled Sky $1.99, nice.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Bundle $11.19, fucking superb deal.
Don't know if its possible in other countries, But in Australia it's actually cheaper if you buy them separately - Just buy Clear Sky or Chernobyl before you buy CoP and it actually ends up around $9.

That game was actually a lot of fun! I've heard nothing but bad things about Fable 3 though :(

The original was short, But very, very fun. It also had in-depth combat and a good spell system unlike the two sequels, which tryed to appeal to a more casual audience (and suceeded)
I usually don't buy anything directly from Steam for more than 5 euros (I made exceptions for the Carpe Fulgur games), but I've just caved in with Fable 3. I actually got to play it a while back and rather enjoyed it, but I had no desire to have to get the quest DLC packs through GFWL, so I got it off Steam for €11.49.

Besides, Fable 1 in English is a good thing.

That's about the only major purchase I've made on Steam in this sale so far. Other than that, only a few cheapie indie games.

trying to remember what we bought so far.

AC Revelations gold
Saints Row 3 + 2x DLC
Dead Island GOTY
2x Trine 2
Sins of a Solar Empire Trinity
Borderlands GOTY
Binding of Isaac DLC

Something like that. Thinking about DAO Ultimate although it annoys me somewhat that I can't upgrade the normal version I have.

Could anyone help me buy Dragon Age: Origins - Ultimate Edition on Steam while it's on sale for $7.49? It's locked here.

I can gift you equivalent value Steam or GOG games.
