IAmSinistar: Wow, great work! And an awesome amount of gift codes. You truly embraced the spirit of Insomnia. :)
I was inspired by people like yourself, Tarnicus and foxworks to name a few. Considering I set myself an initial limit of £25 ($42 approx) for the entire sale, I think I failed slightly! lol

To be fair, I bought the Tiny and Big code was when it was stuck at 2 games left and we were all desparate to get rid of it (and right before I ended up falling asleep at the screen again)! I may have to pay someone to take it off my hands (along with the Duke Nukem code that was bought for the same reason!) lol
Alrighty then. Here's my haul:

Book Of Unwritten Tales: The Critter Chronicles, The
Interstate '76 Arsenal, The
Vampire The Masquerade - Redemption
Pirates! Gold Plus
Edna & Harvey: Harvey's New Eyes
Last Express, The
Dark Eye: Chains of Satinav, The
Alan Wake's American Nightmare
Riven: The Sequel to Myst
FlatOut 2
The Inner World
FTL: Advanced Edition
Uru: Complete Chronicles
Alan Wake
Theme Park
Capitalism 2
Hammerwatch
American McGee's Grimm
Gobliiins pack
Sam & Max Beyond Time and Space
Sam & Max: The Devil’s Playhouse
Sam & Max Save the World
Stronghold Crusader HD

This is exactly what I mean about what inspired me! +1

And I've already voted in the twice a year poll - once is NEVER enough! :-)
Great Insomnia sale.

I have missed FTL: ADVANCED EDITION, so if anybody has that one up for trade let me know.

On the other hand, I have THE BARD'S TALE available for gifting/trading.
I think the forums in the 2 insomnia sales so far have been amazing unfortunately, this time I was unable to visit the forum as much as I visited during the autumn sale but, I was glad to see the involvement was just as intense.
I expect that just like the last insomnia forum there will be an anticlimax and it will gradually trickle to a halt but, there is the next insomnia sale to look forward to.
I wasn't intending to buy any games and only bought 4 plus, missed on a freebie 5th because my tablet refused to log onto GOG but, I have so many games yet to play perhaps one less is a good thing as a gamer who is only slightly younger than the Rolling Stones I try not to buy too many lol.
I have been on many gaming forums and this one has the best people ever, apart from GOG's regular game forums I'm looking forward to chatting with you all again at the next big GOG event.

Grargar: Keep your eyes open for the June Summer Sale where GOG offers almost the whole catalog with a 50% discount and everyday there are also different offers with an even higher discount, non of them quantity-limited. And they also offer a free game for the first two days. (At the previous Summer Sale, they offered Torchlight for free).
Cant wait! Must do some overtime at work for that sale:)
Already voted on all the wishlists for more insomnia and you guys really were competing for the record breaking gift giver on GOG awards, I mean just wow that is incredible amount of gift codes especially considering you have already been so very generous to many folks on this thread including myself. Many many thanks and major +rep to you sir, as you've won the imaginary GOG Gifter of the Year(I really wish that GOGGOTY was real) award. :)

Pidgeot: Thank you to everyone who participated in the thread and stuck with it throughout the good times and the Keane times.

My laptop has been running non-stop for just under 4 days and 18 hours, logging everything since Blitzkrieg in round 1. Think I'll let it turn off now :)

The sale itself lasted almost exactly 4 days 22 hours, with round 3 taking up about 3 days, 14 hours and 20 minutes (73.16% of the total sale time).
I just wanted to post a personal thank-you, Pidgeot. Your tracking was totally awesome! ;-)

^^^^^This Thanks Pidgeot and zillatain for your list keeping prowess :D
I'm a little sad to see that the sale is over. It was fun waiting to see what game would come up next. Even more fun was following this thread. I'm looking forward to the next one and will go vote!

Small chance (and maybe wrong thread) but would you be interested in trading for Arcanum, Flatout 2 and Quest for Glory? Have Alpha Centauri, Jade Empire SE, Hitman, lots of steam keys and can get games from the weekend promo.

edit: Thanks for the smooth trade! :)

Hm. Should have grabbed a few gift copies of FlatOut 2 when I had chance because that game is DA BOMB! *shrug* Oh well. I didn't really think about it at the time.

Anyway, despite me buying a little more than expected, I think I did quite well in restraining myself, as I only picked up a handful:

LSL: Love for Sail
Time Commando
Sang-Froid
Valdis Story
Uru

My haul for this run was:
Cognition reed series
Deus Ex 2: Invisible War
2x Pid
2x Edna & Harvey: Harvey's New Eyes

The only one I missed that I really wanted was Broken Age.
I managed to pick up a few for myself:

Theme Park
Space Quest 4-5-6
11th Hour
King's Quest 4-5-6
Driftmoon
Little Big Adventure 2
Riven
Trine 2
Shadowrun Returns
Lone Survivor
Uru
Leisure Suit Larry: Love For Sail
Sam & Max: Beyond Time and Space

I gifted Gobliins pack.

I also picked up Downfall & The Cat Lady from the May Myriad.

I really enjoyed the Insomnia Sale, and hope GoG does another one soon! These forums really made the sale a lot more fun as well :)
Thanks again for all for the awesomeness on this thread. I've thoroughly enjoyed following it.

As someone new to this forum and the idea of gifting games, I have a question for those more experienced users. I wound up with a gift copy of a game, and I would like to give it to someone who can make use of it. What's the best way to go about this? Should I try to trade? There's one game I missed during this sale, though I have plenty of other games to keep me busy until the next sale (or several, really). I'd be happy just to give my extra to someone who was hoping to snag it but missed it.

Thanks in advance!

P.S. I will be away from my computer for several hours, so I won't be able to reply for a while.
