A user in Penny Arcade forum posted this screencap. Leak? Fake?
That would be so cool. Wouldn't hold my breath though.
O shiiii--

Not surprised.

Think positive.
I do not remember previous stars but for now I say: fake.

Star under 9 is different from star under 9 here: http://www.gog.com/en/page/dec2010

Current star under 6 is the same as star under 6 on sky.

EDIT: also 9 on star looks "unclear" and 99 in 5.99 on Thief is sooo different from 99 in 9.99 on Icewind Dale or AoW.

Ya, looks like they just took that star and flipped the 6. Definitely a fake, albeit a pretty good one.
I still have some hope, though.

No problem. :) It was easy to spot for me. In real life I'm working with "details".
The guy who made this needs a punch in the mouth.

Nevertheless, I suspected Eidos/Square Enix anyway.
It IS a good fake, seems unlikely to be real because even if the game page was accidently published early then pulled after this screenshot was taken, the surprise star thing would be pulled from a different query so it'd require 2 simultaneous and unconnected errors (there might be a script to publish everything at once that might cause the 2 errors but past posting suggests otherwise)

Also, wouldn't 14 be the most logical choice to announce a new publisher? Like, what else could be the big star? Daikatana?

....

Yes. Yes.
i'm happy GOG is getting popular enough that people are even putting this kind of effort into fakes
A few more differences:
- different shadows on $9.99 Anachronox's button
- different spacing on Anachonox bonuses text
- "suprises" instead of "surprises" (but looking at GOG's history it can not be mistake, lol)

Good fake, but not good enough.
The news text is different also.
