It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

This has been happening to me off-and-on for the past several weeks. Images will fail to load but sometimes be fine on a page reload, wishlist and "in library" buttons fail to appear, and clicking links often redirects to gog.com/feed, which shows nothing.

I assume they're making some changes to the back end, but it would be nice if they tested it first. I also really prefer that clicking my account button on the upper right of the main page brings me to my game library. They've changed that a few times in the past year or so before changing it back.
I'm also getting the problem where store pages say I'm not signed in.

Adding a game to my wishlist or basket (from its store page) works OK, so clearly I am logged in despite the store page saying I'm not.

A "log in or create account" pop-up shows on store pages, but clicking the "log in" button does nothing. Going to other pages (e.g. home page, forums, library, etc.) shows I am logged in normally.

Firefox ESR 52.9.0 (32-bit)

Talin_Warhaft: It's working now, hooray! Thanks GOG staff.
how much they areeee even aware, who knows. non?

I'm seeing the same above reported issues on GOG individual game pages in Firefox 77.0.1. The main store pages comes up with me being logged in (but my avatar image missing); I can go to my account and game library (so I'm clearly logged in) but random (not all) game store pages come up thinking I'm not logged in.

XYCat: Now on random pages the account tab says "sign in" except I can't actually sign in lol :D.
main page is fine, but either on my activity feed page or random game store pages it happens without any pattern to it
If you refresh the page when you see that a time or two it usually clears that up...at least it did for me.
Site is broken for me. Homepage shows me logged in but any product page shows me logged out. Using Chrome
Also having the log in issues as described by others. And sometimes the dot by my profile picture is grey even though I'm logged in and the rest of the time it's green while the site is telling me to log in. All in all it doesn't really seem to limit site usage that much, but it's annoying and on some pages prevents access to the drop down menu under your profile name.
Login status seems to be quite a mess right now, in short. Is this limited to Firefox?

No as other comments show, people with Chrome are having issues too.

This is all so ridiculous. When is this going to be fixed!?
On every single individual store item page you still get the "Sign In" text instead of your user name, and you consequently don't get the "In Library" and "Wishlisted" status for store items (games/movies) on their respective pages. However, you are oddly enough (or rather properly) shown as logged in while browsing the store from where you access these individual store item pages, and there the library/wishlist status is properly displayed... On a related note, you are also shown to be logged off on your own profile page though at least there it doesn't seem to impede site functionality as you seem to get all the relevant information displayed there as you would when logged in... By the way, I'm using a Chromium-compatible browser so these issues are definitely not limited to just Firefox...

Yeah, noticed the comment right before mine just after I posted.
Was just asking as I at first only saw people mentioning Firefox as their browser.

Bit surprised it's taking gog so long to fix this, though. At first I kinda expected it was due to sale server load, but then the sale ended.
Now I can't get to the activity feed :(
Store pages now work properly as far as I can see and the Activity Feed now correctly shows you as logged in. The only remaining website issue now is that opening the Profile page, e.g. by clicking on "Your Profile", gives you the following error message:

Oops! An Error Occurred
The server returned a "500 Internal Server Error".
Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

This is I believe a new issue that arose from fixing these other issues, because if I recall correctly, the Profile page did display before with the only issue being that it showed you as being not logged in. Now the Profile page won't display at all. Everything else however seems to be working fine now on the website with the exception of the Profile page.

The Activity Feed or Profile Page? The Activity Feed always worked for me throughout this website glitch, the only issue was that the Activity Feed incorrectly showed me as being not logged in - but I could still access everything on the feed. Now, the Activity Feed shows me as logged in, and works as it should, but the Profile page doesn't work anymore.
I was just about to post that everything, including the Profile page, now seems to be working fine again but then I opened the Profile page once more just to make sure and again got the above page error message. And, now, after trying a further number of times, I've managed to open the Profile page a number of times but I've also received the above error message a number of times. You just have to be persistent and keep trying to open it until they fully fix whatever the issue is. Also, I only noticed now that the Activity Feed and Profile page (when it opens) shows you as Offline despite now correctly showing you as logged in to your username on the top bar on the page. This might impact chat functionality but I haven't checked...

Nevermind, it's working now.

It will probably work half of the time and give you the above error the other half of the time. Just keep trying when it doesn't work. There is apparently still some kind of server hiccup when displaying user profile pages but the rest of the website now seems to be working without issues.
