I wish I had the time OR a proper gym close by that wasn't full of either women or obsessed "hipsters" - sucks having full time work :p But great work!

Look at the first pic, and then the last pic of the 'picture representation'... huge difference.

Try not to laugh at my expression umkay? I did it on purpose lol.
I think that the only solution for me, is to get a home trainer - a bicycle to ride while I watch TV. I simply cannot do anything without doing another thing at the same time. I love cycling outdoors but I either HAVE to have my camera along with me to take snapshots, or I HAVE to be listening to the radio. I can't just do a single thing because then I feel like I'm wasting my time. A home trainer combined with watching shows seems most ideal to me since I can then use any free time I have on it instead of having to plan cycling outside for good weather.

I bring my ipad with me to the gym and watch crazy youtube vids... tethered...

You could do the same type of thing.

What kind of exercises do you do then? Treadmill?

I run on this 2-3 times a day (It helps that my gym is 3.2 miles away):

Thos things are tough as hell.

I then come back at night and do heavy lifting for one muscle group, 5 times total a week. One day back, triceps, biceps, chest, and legs.

Again, it helps that my gym is so close I can walk to it. And I have. 3 times before.

And its not like I do nothing. I actually get all of this done fast. Go work out, go home eat, come back and run some more. I can endure alot, and be ready for more action. It's why I've lost so much.

I've shown up many times where the same people are still working out (from when I left), it's not almost expected that I do that.

That's no option for me, for sure - are you unemployed then?

I mean, if I got late shift, I have to get up at 8.30, get groceries, clean, dishes, cook, wash up, go to work, then at 9pm get home, eat, relax.

Early shift, I get up at 5am, eat, wash, get home at 2.30pm, groceries, clean, dishes, cook, etc.

I got maybe half an hour to an hour depending on how much time I need for the above. The closest proper gym is 20 minutes driving. For me, working at home is the only solution sadly enough.

Well you wouldn't be able to do like I do, and again I live 3 minutes away. And no, not unemployed, I live close by, and I am good with endurance. I can get everything done fast. Run alot, go home, freshen up, run more.

I'd suggest a home treadmill then.

And to give more of an idea of how I live my life... I park in the back of grocery stores/walmart. Run all the way in, buy what I need, run out. If I need dog food, I grab a 50 lb bag of dog food, carry it out (Well, I do lift heavy weights). Everything I do is run run, lift lift. I then play games at night.

I suppose this would change if I had a girlfriend, but women are crazy here and don't like a good looking intelligent athletic guy... Well, most are taken as well.
