These games are all 3-4$ at my local St. Vincents
I need to know right away so a 'yes' or 'no' for what you think is worth it would be nice. I need to know right away because my mom isn't staying there for long and she had the courtesy to call me and wait for an answer from you guys! :D She respects old games too!

I'll just pick off the list games that I have played before: Shivers is pretty good. Tempest 2000 is a well-aged classic. Sinistar Unleashed is a decent arcadish space shooter from what I can remember.

Messiah will own your soul. -edit- Ah but you've already bought them.

Anyway, just last week, I came across System Shock 2 in a second hand shop. It's the version that only comes in EA's jewel-case, and not the original boxed version. The disc is also scratched up, hence I didn't buy it. SGD5 for that one (which comes off to about USD4). Also, Oni and Freelancer for SGD5 each.

They aren't PC games, but here are some of the deals I got in the last week

FF VII-IX total of $5 (all complete)
Tetris DS- $3
Conker's Bad Fur Day- $1
Ninja Gaiden Black, The Punisher, Knights of the Old Republic 1&2, Jade Empire, Red Dead Revolver, Namco Museum, Tecmo Classics, Morrowind and Shenmue 2 (all for the original Xbox but playable on the 360) for .50 each

It seems where I live (we just moved to the area 2 years ago) which is right on the border of Arkansas and Oklahoma (seriously, I can stand at the end of the driveway and be in both states lol), the local economy is built on yard sales. There are four or five new ones everyday so every morning when I take my dog for a walk, I always grab a handful of quarters and a few ones just in case.

So it says "special limited edition" on my Deus Ex jewel case... I didn't know that meant THE DEMO VERSION!!!! NNNNNNNNOOOOOOO
and BLOOD is the one that comes with all of the expansions... BUT IT DOESN'T WORK ON WIN7.

Speaking as a collector I love finding cheap bargains like this... book stores are great for these types of things, as are used CD shops like "The Exchange" in my native Pittsburgh. Honestly though the best is ebay... most old PC games are buy it now listing from people who know what they're doing, but then randomly you will get people putting their stuff up for $1 on a real auction and you can get some insane deals. Many of them even list them under the wrong category or combine a bunch of useless games in with a gem and not list the gem in the title. It's awesome.

My favorite from recent times was getting a complete in-box Mafia game for PC for 99 cents.

But on ebay the seller can consult other sellers selling a similar item on an appropriate price...

I'm just lucky that at my Salvo's/local fetes people throw away good games in good condition

The best deal I found so far was an old commodore 64 game was "Drakensang" or something like that. And it had this beastly old box. I bought it at a Ham Show (Thats right! I'm a ham radio operator! :D ) for 5 bucks. I sold it on Ebay for 80. I could've made more probably.
