I like free DLC and I cannot lie!

Who's up for some freshly cut demon chops? That's right, <span class="bold">Shadow Warrior 2</span>, the explosive FPS of potty-mouthed carnage, has received another free DLC and it's full of meaty action!

Get ready for the intense, bloody, gut-spilling Bounty Hunt Part 1. This free DLC brings plenty of new missions, two devastating guns, and four new perks for Lo Wang and his merry gang of demon-killers. So load up your Medusa Ray or EX-GF01 minigun and go make a slimy mess out of these 14 bombastic missions, featuring names like Plague of the Bunny Lords and 50 Shades of Shade.

Shade is a kind of drug in the game world. Surely just a reference to that.

The first game has such a good Linux port too. Hopefully it's coming soon.

Always nice to see free DLC.

I haven't bought this yet because it seems way too much like Borderlands. I'd have preferred a sequel with the same gameplay style, but I guess you gotta go with what's popular for the monies.

Please elaborate... ? Shadow Warrior 2 is reasonably priced, people seem to love it, and all of the post-release extra content has been free ( as far as I can tell ). Of course you're free to buy it whenever you want, but where exactly is the problem?

I've heard that some people prefer the first one, because the story was written better (The Witcher creators' past shows there). Different team worked on the script for the sequel.

And yes, the Linux version of Shadow Warrior 1 is very good.

I'm not sure I even understand all the data on that site, or why you linked me to it. XD Is it because you're not satisfied with your local price?

All I'm saying is, it has a base price of around 40 bucks ( about 30, at the current discount ). For a high quality game with overall "AAA" production values, which has only been out for a few months, that is not at all a bad price. No idea what makes you consider it "85% off" material, or why you think the Dev/Pub is comparable to Gearbox.

$30 for a triple AAA game that happens to be awesome, fun, free DLC, and released less than a year ago. That's a pretty good deal IMHO.
