Disney closes down LucasArts game publishing.

It had a good run, though the last decade was not it's best.

we've decided to shift LucasArts from an internal development to a licensing model, minimizing the company's risk while achieving a broader portfolio of quality Star Wars games
Does this mean they may consider licensing GOG to sell their older titles? I'll stick with that theory, and ignore any others.
Publishing not development. But they do say "broader portfolio of Star Wars games" so they can go fuck themselves.
Quick GOG, go buy the rights to the games! Or Double Fine. Just somebody re-release that beautiful back catalogue. Please! :(
Damn... :(
Shit! Now what am I going to do with this pod racer I build in my garage!?
Been playing their games for a good 25 years. Damn...
I don't think I've actually played anything that they've released since Monkey island 4.
Have I been missing out?
I WANT ROGUE SQUADRON ON GOG ! NOW !!!
This is hard to define without the use of the word "stupid". Hopefully not stupid enough to sit down on the golden mine of old games without trying to exploit them in some way.
Someone get Night Dive on the phone, we've got a job for them.
Why am I not surprised!

QUICK NIGHTDIVE STUDIOS, BUY THE RIGHTS TO GRIM FANDANGO!!!
We're never going to get their games on GOG now.
Does that mean we won't see the Lucas Arts games here? Say it ain't so. :(

I think they were in the process of having sex with theirselves for some time now. They can continue to do so for all I care.
