Gudadantza: The My Rewards content for Cyberpunk are clearly stated as Galaxy rewards. It is technically possible probably add hem in offline installerd but then the "Galaxy rewards" would not have sense.
mqstout: Attempting semantics like that doesn't mean that they're not DRMed content and shouldn't be fixed/removed. They could still be done "DRM-free once purchased" if they were able to be added to cart and "purchased for free" via Galaxy, and then they'd become like any other DLC post-acquisition with an offline installer.
If someone is really interestd in those weird skins or content the solution is easy. Install Galaxy, add the content/gift, unninstall Galaxy. The content should be still available until an uninstallation,
People is doing simlar things if a free game is offered by GOG and you need to be registered in the boletin. Register, add the game to your account, then unregister.
The rest is just dogmatism or obstinacy. The content in Cyberpunk is not so important to make a drama about it. Nothing to do with the Hitman situation
