Free games like Daggerfall or Arena should be free here too. Unless by "free" gog guys mean "buy few games for 6-22usd and you get free freebies!" What a joke.
I'd advise anyone thinking of it to NOT play vanilla Daggerfall unless you like corrupted savegames, crashing and bugs, use this:

rtcvb32: That's my reaction...

I remember 5+ years ago hearing that Morrowind was on Steam and you could get a copy for $10 or so; This was while the Planet Elder Scrolls was still up... :(

But seeing them put Morrowind for $20 makes it a big head scratcher. I'm interested in getting digital copies of my games, but i already have the game(s), so i know i'll be waiting on this.
Considering that six months ago I bought The Elder Scrolls Anthology on CD for under $30, which has everything Elder Scrolls up through Skyrim (and didn't require Steam for the early games)... yeah, it seems pricey.

After a quick check, Amazon has it for download for $11.99 right now. Amazon has the list price at $19.99 though. Still glad GOG got Bethesda on board, though.

Agreed. If it was truly free there is no need to hide it behind a paywall.

Does playing Daggerfall from "DagggerfallSetup" have the same issues?
The Morrowind pics look like all the graphics mods have been added, or am I just seeing things?

Read the page. Yes, DaggerfallSetup is bundled with a whole bunch of fan-made fixes all in one installer.

Hmmm probably seeing things. They don't look nearly high quality enough to have much for graphics mods.
Btw these "new" Fallouts are labelled as Bethesda/Interplay and at the moment:
- for some reason they're not the same games as old fallouts that disappered from here a year or so ago (not the same = no store-libary link if you already own fallouts)
- and because of that GoG can say that they won't give free daggerfall/arena to those who already own fallout games, cause they don't actually own the "bethesda" version

Nicely done I must admit.
The thing is Arena and Dragonfall should have separate libraries like Beneath a steel sky or other free games.
But probably Bethesda said no.

Or if you want to experience the game as it was originally released, bugs and all. (Maybe you're curious or maybe you want to see for yourself why this game was nicknamed Buggerfall.)

(Of course, the fully patched version is still quite buggy. Remember the void?)
Opinions on Redguard anyone? - can't say I've ever heard much about it.
So...I haven't kept up but did they ever make mods for Morrowind that (1) cut down on the number of cliff racers, and (2) ditched the level scaling?
Now I really hope for a Morrowind Mod Spotlight. Some of the good old mods sadly went under with PlanetElderscrolls. Would be nice to know if they're still available somewhere (or if there are alternatives).

Another question.

So now that we have Morrowind on GOG. Is the Morrowind Graphical Overhaul comaptible?

Thats my question if Morrowind Overhaul is compatible with the GOG version?
