Because how many times can you quest for glory?

Quest for Infamy, the all-in-one spiritual successor, a passionate tribute, and a heartfelt parody of the beloved Sierra's Quest for Glory adventure game series, is available on GOG.com, for $19.99.

Quest for Infamy is a role-playing adventure game where you assume the identity of Mr. Roehm - a scoundrel who is on the run from his latest scrape. When he is stuck in the Valley of Krasna for a bit, he decides to take on some work to pass the time. He finds himself in the middle of Kingdom in turbulence - as he becomes embroiled in a power struggle between several ambitious residents of the Valley. Make yourself some money to move on with, and try and avoid controversy as you bide your time before you can leave the valley. Defend yourself from monsters and brutes who would do you harm! Build a reputation for yourself - and you just might find yourself not avoiding trouble, but on a quest for infamy!

If you're feeling it has been too long since the last time you went on a point-and-clicking quest, accept the challenge of the Quest for Infamy, for $19.99 on GOG.com!

K_1269: Don't care what either of you believe, I'm too old for this forum drama stuff. So rant about me if you want, I'm done with this topic.
I'm sorry, sir, but you were the one who came in here acting like an over-dramatic child. I sincerely came in, as the leader of the dev. team you supposedly have issues with, and offered to try and make right what I could. Instead, you acted in a very petulant manner.

My offer still stands, if you wish to discuss your problem like an adult, instead of being vague and ineffectual.

djdarko: I take it this is something like Quest for Glory?

Looks interesting, I love throwback type games like this. Initial price seems a little bit high though - I'll have to look more into it.

Matruchus: You can dowload the demo of the game on the developers site here if you wan't to try it out: http://www.infamous-quests.com/home/index.php?page=qfi
A Demo! O.O I CAN'T believe it... I bet, my P4 2Ghz 1GB RAM suffices to run the game proper...
I lol'd at the scene when he pisses on the carpet ^^

Hate to be a nag but will backers get a GOG key? Doesn't matter to me if we don't, I'll download off humble and double dip when it's on heavy sale on GOG.

I was extremely rum-filled and drunk when I posted that so maybe it was mildly harsh.

But the only reason I can guess someone would refuse to elaborate on their problem is if they know, deep down, they are being unreasonable and it will not reflect well on them.

Anyway, I hope you guys are getting some sales. I'm looking forward to downloading and playing soon :)
Epic release!
Spent much of the evening after wife and kids went to bed playing this while getting tanked on high content hard cider. Game is hilarious, which is a very pleasant surprise.

Thank you very much, sir! I think the hard cider helps. My friends tell me I'm more funny the more they drink. In the future, we'll be including a bottle of Mead with every purchase of Quest For Infamy.

Trying the Humble key resender ought to do the trick.
