Sounds really interesting. Guess I'll have to keep an eye on it for reviews, etc.
Unlockable 5th faction PunkPunk, where everything is just made from Goggles?
No Linux version for GOG?
Just asking ^^

Or 'Do ya feel lucky, punk...' the Dirty Harry faction...
Can't rebind keys according to a review I watched.
punk wars? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=us8OhI-OTHg
I have to say, clicking on that link I was pretty surprised. With that name I was expecting more The Clash and less Jules Verne's Civilisation.
Looks alright, the genre is a crowded market but if the whole steampunk/post apocalypse setting is your thing this could be a good one.
Well I'm intrigued then, and will check up some gameplay videos of it. Raptor has done som stuff on it.
The price sits very cozy with me.

For those inclined to such depravity, there's a free prologue of the game on Steam called Punk Wars:Prologue, super-inventive name there. And naturally, as by instinct, I'm downloading it as I write this.

Of-course should I like what I play, I shall parttake in the GOG version .. Haha Steam engine, I used you to buy from another site. Oh my whisky glass is empity, I must refill and wash away this horrid day.
So it's basically got the various post-apocalyptic styles fighting each other for the post-apocalyptic title? That's actually a pretty clever setup.
And let the best Punk win!

The theme Steampunk/Post-Apoc might be crowded, but the genre 4X ain't.
And I do believe that's the only Steampunk 4X out there as well. It's unique.
Nothing to do with punk then? :(

Maybe that will come with DLC - A new "true Punk" faction. ;)

I quite like what I see there (I really dig the aesthetics and idea), though lack of multiplayer and random map generator saddens me greatly. Especially that skirmish map choice is very limited. 3 maps available immediately (1 of which I think is used in tutorial), and further 4 unlockable by finishing a specific faction campaign.
Hurts replayability a fair bit I think.
