Would Studio Pixel be able to release the non-plus freeware version of Cave Story here without Nicalis?

Darvond: I'm glad Kero Blaster is here, and under the publishing flag of a company whose name I don't despise!

I'm saying Nicalis is a bad company and you shouldn't support them.
Please provide more information.

What has the company Nicalis done that has lost them your business?

In addition to screwing out Pixel on the royalties of any version of Cave Story they published, the also developed a version without his permission.

And several projects they promised they'd published have either vanished or otherwise had funds misappropriated.

wine 4.18 - runs without issues, gamepad works too (except for shoulders, but I assume its not wine's issue, but game doesnt recognize these)
Reminds me of C64 games. Looks like it could be fun.
