Jenny LeClue Detectivu is now available, DRM-free.

Jenny LeClue is a thrilling story of mystery, adventure and growing up. Set in the sleepy town of Arthurton, the game is filled with memorable, complex characters and rendered in a unique aesthetic.

Embrace the choosiness and shape the metanarrative. You are not the only guiding hand shaping Jenny’s destiny, but your choices will help her unravel the tangled mystery and become the detective she was born to be.
This very much interests me; however, I will wait for some reviews to roll in.
Is it based on some novels/cartoon/some other media (Like Dog Mendonca nad The Pizza Boy), or is this a standalone game?

It has a fresh style and I am just curious.

Be sure to check Knights and Bikes!
To be honest, this Jenny LeClue, looks also amazing.
Waited so long for this. Great to see a GOG release as well.

As far as I know it is standalone. Originally it was a Kickstarter project and it took a little longer than expected since release.

Unfortunately the devs have pulled the playable teaser demo since reelease. Imo that is a bad idea but it's their choice.

Ah, thanks for the reply :)
I am tempted to buy it then, would definitely enjoy standalone wholesome story :)
Another impressive release this week. Very interesting game!

Jenny LeClue weaves a rich metanarrative around a rich story exploring themes of family, loss, and identity

Does every indie game have to be a metaphor for loss? This looks fantastic, but I'm bored of solving puzzles in the mind of a dying child, or defeating demons that represent the things the hero regrets not saying to his comatose wife. Can't we just have a straight mystery that represents finding out who killed someone for once?

Again, this game looks great, but seriously indie developers- it's okay to just tell a normal story. You don't need to be all artistic. We'll respect you anyway.

I wonder if the games OST has music just like that 1:28 minute trailer. It got me like oh boy I wonder if the game has music this amazing. And I have to admit it looks amazing, love the main characters art style.
