Impossible is nothing. If not fun!

Impossible Creatures, an outrageous RTS that lets you "mesh" around with animal DNA and build your own mutant army, DRM-free on GOG.com. Get it now with the 40% launch discount.

Noah put two of every animal in the Ark. This was cool at the time, but now along comes Rex Chance, a '30s war correspondent, curious to see what happens when you smush two animals into one. Why? Because DNA fusion is fun, and because he thinks there is great untapped potential in these strange pairings. Unfortunately, so does Upton Julius, the megalomaniac villain who stole the mysterious Sigma technology for himself, and is now threatening to conquer the world with his own army of mutant beasts.

Collect animal DNA, build your own unique units, and defeat Julius and his evil lieutenants in 15 different maps stretching across jungles, deserts and snow-ridden landscapes that make up the mysterious Isla Variatas. Create your own menacing winged scorpion, adorable kangaroo-shark, angry horned bear or any other Impossible Creature you desire - the possible combinations are only limited by your own imagination (or gross-out threshold). Then, go online and test your DNA-fusing skills against other wannabe-mad scientists in three different multiplayer modes.

Play God in this 3D hybrid of strategy and creativity, as your Impossible Creatures march forward, DRM-free on GOG.com. Get them now with a launch discount that will last until next Thursday, December 3rd, 1:59 PM GMT.

HunchBluntley: This has gotta be one of the weirder digressions I've been a part of for a while...

...Oh, and MANSSIERE! (I misspelled it earlier. =D )
Relax, I'm too tired to keep arguing this point. :P
I've read references to how some of the creatures (like dolphins) were withheld as pre-order bonuses. Are these creatures fully enabled in the game out of the box?

Yep, the dolphin and such are there.
This was SO much fun back when.
Damn, I thought I'd never see that again.
Not sure I'll play it, but I think I owe it to myself to buy it.

HypersomniacLive: Don't follow, why?

apehater: have discussed it on the superpower 2 release thread

it starts here
I see wild accusations that are then refuted as the thread goes on, why would you still say they suck even after it was explained to you what happened?
Anyway, seem to be minor business to business disagreements between gog and nordic, why are you so pissed about it?

Amazing! Thank you vv221! (I've been enjoying your effort on put wrappers for Linux games)

You’re welcome, it’s always a pleasure to share my work with such a great community ;)
By the way, feel free to suggest your favourite games to be added to the list of the games supported by the project.
I'm glad to see lots of comments here, anyone looking for someone to MP with? I prefer co-op against the computer as I'm not much competition to play against in RTSes.

I bought IC back when it first came out and even still have the CDs (DVDs?) for it. I didn't have the Insect Invasion expansion though so I was very happy it's included on this, and that the MP support was redone so it works. (Thank you GOG!)
