A handful of magic.

Death Gate is now available, DRM-free on GOG.com.
Rich in text, detailed fantasy drawings and challenging puzzles, this cult classic first-person adventure will take you through a dark tale of exile and bitter revenge. Years after his race got unfairly banished from the five realms by the advanced Sartan, a young hero must journey through all of them and collect the seal pieces that will help his people restore their place in the world. The road is paved with trouble and unexpected obstacles but his allies and magic abilities could be the key to saving the day!
Question: are Legend Entertainment Company and Legend Entertainment the same company? I assume not because of the name differences.

https://www.gog.com/game/death_gate is Legend Entertainment Company.
https://www.gog.com/game/star_control_the_kessari_quadrant is Legend Entertainment.

Also, I think https://www.gog.com/game/unreal_2_the_awakening_se

No it's not.
Dear GOGers have anyone of you requested any official clarification from tech support about Deathgate's sudden disappearance?

Either Piko Interactive is not completely honest regarding new IP for Legend Entertainment games or they decided to sell Death Gate prematurely, before the "acquired" publishing rights became effective. I do hope it's the latter.

Wishlist for this game marked as "completed" and GOG have not stated officially that this game is not for sale anymore. That could be a good sign.
