As reported by Judas, Master of Orion: Collector's Edition is no longer regionally locked. I checked it and indeed it is accessible with a KR_USD_en cookie.

Ta, makes sense to pull these. Don't know that they could purchase them anyway without the base game, though possibly some German & Japanese GOGnards have been gifted the game along the way.

Actually, originally we expected Japan to open on April 21 (the Dying Light release date for Japan), but that did not happen.

No. Not enough Japanese goglodytes to complain about it (primarily bansama, that I'm aware of).

Good luck, and let us know if it bears fruit. For now I'm leaving the DLC marked as banned in both countries, since you basically can't buy it without the base game anyway, and I suspect GOG will get around to either officially banning them as well for Japan, or unbanning the whole lot.

I don't think there's anything preventing one from buying the DLC in Japan as a gift. Whereas in Germany you cannot, so I wouldn't lump them together.
