OK, I see the problem. My colleague - JuriJ - replied to your ticket on the same day, but it turns out that, when you created the ticket, you were logged onto an account with an invalid e-mail address, and the reply went to this invalid address. You seem to be logged onto that same account now.

Please check your current account's e-mail address setting here:

As for the game, it has been purchased on a separate account - this one seems to have a correct e-mail address. Please log onto that account at your convenience.
