reaver894: Regional pricing but you get store credit for 1 $9.99 and 1 $5.99 in addition to 1 of 5 free games that come with pre order
avatar
easy_going: Yes, but my friend also got the store credit and payed only 45 USD. So either he was lucky or something went wrong with my order?
I would guess he was lucky, how did you both pay? was it Paypal you both used?

I used Paypal, he his credit card.
But well, when everything is fine on my side I'm also fine with it ;)
60 USD for W2 and three other games is still a bargain :)

easy_going: I'm just confused because a friend (also from EU but not Ger) of mine bought it directly when it was possible and only payed 45(!) USD. Am I missing something?
EU as in 'Europe' or as in the European Union?

I've one question that I wonder if anyone could clear up for me.
How long does the preorder bonus last, more precisely, if you preordered the game what is the time limit on the bonuses such as the free game. Do you have to buy it before release, within a week or...
Just wondering.

You have time to complete the purchase by the end of May.

I'm pretty sure they said the last of may. At least if you preordered before they started accepting payments, otherwise it's a bit shorter.

Fuck. I was expecting midnight :(
Man I was hopeing for a suprise like "Since we all preordered the game from GOG we are allowed to play it a day early." Or something in that lines.
wow, I can't wait to install this tomorrow and find out I can't even run it on Low settings :D
Come on GOG, release it a day early... :)

Pretty pretty pretty pretty please with sugar and a cherry and chocolate flakes on top????????????????

No don't! Because then I'll end up buying it off GOG out of impatience while I wait for my Amazon order to arrive. Just like I did with the first game. But yeah, I'm pretty hyped up about it - I'm playing the Witcher now and I keep hitting ALT-TAB and checking the official site to see if it's finished yet.
What's up with the Witcher site anyway?

Why in the world did they wait until the last minute to completely revamp the site, and totally knock out communication and the forums at the same time, literally the day before release?

That is rather unacceptable, and a shame. Hopefully this doesn't interfere with playing tomorrow, or affect the DLC stuff.
