Bought! And I grabbed another copy of the The Witcher, too, even though I bought it years ago. For $5, it's worth having a digital backup that's already been patched.

I can't wait to play The Witcher 2. The first one absorbed me more that any RPG in recent memory, and I suspect this one will as well.

Keep up the great work!
Pre-downloading right now.
I shouldn't be this exited yet, I can't even play it till the 17th.
The Pre Order Bonus Pack zip is corrupt.

Hmm United Kingdom here...

Just purchased The Witcher: EE and The Witcher 2 in one go (if that matters?)....

The link for the free 1 of 5 was there fine but there was no links for the $5.99 and $9.99 coupons under the European fair price promise....

I've opened a ticket - hopefully it gets looked at... or if any blue posters happen to be around to check? ....

Odd, I just d/led it, and it looks fine - opens fine in 7zip and I see 5 folders, 40 files. Tests ok, and I unzipped and spot-tested files, they're ok too.

zip is 105MB, unzips to 106MB.

md5 checksum for zip:

Just about to order (even though I don't have space to install either ATM . . . gotta clear my backlog quickly!!), looking forward to seeing what happens for those of us who already own all 5 RPGs . . .

Well that is the only issue I had read about on the forums, so not sure why you haven't recieved them.

Hope it gets resolved quickly for you then.

I figured that particular deal was for those paying in Euros but I'm sure there was a similar deal mentioned for people in the UK. It's not there me me either though.

Edit: Never mind, I was mistaken. UK price is the same as those paying in the US so no voucher.

European price promise only applies to paying in Euros. The UK price is the same as the US price, hence no need for credit.

DelusionsBeta: I suggest deleting that and redownloading.
I have tried downloading three times, using down them all and normal downloader in firefox. even changed to ie to make sure it wasn't a cacheing problem within firefox still shows as 12.2MB. :(
Our emails appear to be still borked. We will flog the IT gnomes roundly when they show up for work tomorrow.

Don't despair, though! If you are viewing your email in a client, you can simply choose to "View source" (that's CTRL + U in Thunderbird) and see the plain text version. Here's a quick guide to how to do this is most clients.

Let me post a sample from the plaintext of the email if you're still having problems and show you guys how to find the info you need:

Here's what you should look for in order to get your fair price package code:

Fair Price Pac=
kage $16 USD instore credit
Since EU customers have to pay almost $16=
USD more for The Witcher 2 than the rest of the world, we're giving the=
m a $16 USD credit to spend on anything at GOG.com. Below you=E2=80=99ll=
find buttons to redeem your three bonus codes. If you're having a probl=
em with them, please contact support and we'll help you out.
1st cod=
e for $5.99 game: http://www.gog.com/en/bonus/#DU7-XXXXX
2nd code fo=
r $9.99 game: http://www.gog.com/en/bonus/#RU9-XXXXX
=20

Line breaks are a bit hosed, here, but what's important are the two links at the end. The new coupon system uses coded links, rather than specific codes. Copy and paste the link into your browser and you should be able to add one game of your choice (appropriate to your coupon code) to your basket for free.

In order to find redeem your free game code.

You've preordered The Witcher 2 on GOG.co=
m=E2=80=94and now you've bought it, too!=E2=80=94so here's where you can=
choose one of the five classic RPG=E2=80=99s we're giving away for free=
to everyone who's preordered. Click the link below to see the available=
games and make your choice now.
http://www.gog.com/en/page/tw2_bonu=
s/?order=LONGHASHTAGOFGARBAGELETTERS

Again, the link should be copied and pasted into your browser. NOTE that this line break (which is added with an equals sign) needs to be removed from the link for it to work. (note that means "bonu=s" should be "bonus")

I hope that clears things up for you. I'm at dinner with Guillaume and Marcin tonight, but I'll try to keep checking in to see if there are any other problems.

[[EDIT ADDING A SECTION]]

Finding your CD Key:

Look for

Using the CD-Key is not required to play, but we =
recommend you register your copy of The Witcher 2 with it as it grants y=
ou access to direct updates, additional language packs, future free DLC =
and more.
Make sure to keep this email so if you ever need your CD K=
ey again, you'll know where to find it!
The Witcher 2 CD KEY: BLAHBLAH-W=
BUPE-TXIDZ-HA748=20

Note, again: you'll need to find the extraneous equals signs and remove them.

@TheEnigmaticT

do I have to wait until the witcher 1 is off sale before I can buy it with my 9.99 coupon?
