Darvin: It's not possible for them to hit 1 million at this point. They'll need an additional 127k over the next 11 hours to reach that milestone. Pledges would have to pick up substantially for that to happen, and since it's the middle of the night in Europe and most of North America, it's just too late for that to happen.

At this point, it's highly unlikely that they will even be able to hit 900k. Still, the amount they have raised is quite impressive and I'm looking forward to the game.
They will still accept PayPal pledges after the end of the Kickstarter campaign, so it's not entirely impossible.

While that does add some leeway, the difference is just too massive. As I said, it looks doubtful they'll even hit 900k, and once the kickstarter ends and the publicity that goes with it dies down I just don't see them collecting more than a trickle.

Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see it happen (I've got my money in the pot and definitely want to see the best game possible), but it just doesn't look like a possibility at this point.

A little late, but don't forget that PayPal is by now probably well over $30K and that RPG Codex & RPG Watch combined make another 10$K, possibly even more. They're a lot closer to $900K than it looks.

861k (kickstarter) + (more than) 23k (paypal) + 5195 (RPGwatch) + 5816 (rpgcodex) = approximately 895k already.
(Money from RPGwatch and RPGcodex will be added before the end of the KS campaign).
8 hours left :)

PayPal was already a little over $29K yesterday at GMT+1 (it's on the front page of the Kickstarter).
And the RPG Codex campaign will run till May 12th (currently at $5,566 net), so that amount won't be added before the Kickstarter concludes - I think they're going with PayPal because of the lower fees.
RPG Watch provides no definite time schedule.
So it seems we're at over 910k now, we need less than 90k to get there! Although I don't think we'll succeed till the kickstarter ends, maybe we'll get there through paypal afterwards!! :D

And lol, check this vid xD

nijuu: Mostly because of the noisy weresheep clan.Same thing happened on one of two of other kickstarters. Gets annoying after a while.
Many weresheep, especially LC (Lord Crash) are there helping people and answering their questions

Don't be a grump :)
livestream ongoing http://www.twitch.tv/larianstudios
Whats "Divine Divinity Digital Version (HD)"

Is it a version with better gfx than the original?
The live stream is an unseen version of the latest Pre-Alpha Build with two developers playing alongside (maybe against) each other.
It's extremely close to getting it's 1million mark, which has NPC schedules, I really hope it gets to it. I already pledged 25, but I put another 25 down because you get 2 copies with a 40 dollar pledge, and I really want to see it hit it's last stretch goal.

Some great features of the game: -2-Player Co-Op in the main campaign (Engine supports 6)
-Ships with the editor, which is also on the engine used to make Dragon Commander. (Again you can make 6 player campaigns using this)
-Spell combinations with other spells and the enviroment, for example if enemies are in a pond, you can use a shock spell on the pond to electrocute them or wet them yourself and shock them for more damage.
-If 2 players are in a conversation, and they disagree on something, you will argue it out with in game dialogue until you come to a final resolution based on skill checks and random rolls
-Quite awesome turn based combat, it looks really fluent and really goes alongside the Diablo like movement. If you are playing co-op you will only go in turn based mode if you are near the fight.
-You have a female or male at the start to choose as your character, you can customize their looks, skills and stats. There are no classes, and you can progress your character however you want.
-Customizable henchman, you can choose their personality in conversations, and build them up how you want.
-Thanks to a stretch goal, companions with back stories, that differ from henchman.
-Thanks to another stretch goal ORCHESTRATED MUSIC BY THIS MAN!
-This guy...

They are around 70k(?) away from getting the final strech goal (With paypal and other funds being added), which is NPC schedules. This would add so much immersion to the game, examples they use is when it rains, NPCs will go in shelter, at night you won't be able to buy items and scarier monsters come out and you can rob houses whilst they are sleeping. I REALLY HOPE IT GETS THIS GOAL!

Please watch this livestream and give this game a chance, I know it doesn't have any veteran companies or IPs behind it, but it genuinely does look as amazing as all the other popular kickstarter projects, and does look quite original.
Currently they are having troubles with the mic in the livestream, hopefully it's fixed.

I guess that means it's the updated version of the game for widescreens released on Steam (I don't know if the GOG version was updated or not though): "This new re-mastered version offers support for Windows 7 and higher resolutions.".

The GOG version does support widescreen.
Yep, there's a config tool in the start menu folder for Divine Divinity which allows you to change the resolution, but you can't change the resolution via the game itself.

Start Menu > GOG.com > Divine Divinity > Configuration

PayPal is roughly $30,000 (probably more at this stage I would guess), RPGWatch is currently $5781, and RPGCodex is $6099.41 so we have about $64,000 to go
kick starter page is dog slow on mobile.can someone tell me if people can pledge via Paypal after ks is finished?. I've already got 25 pledge.but won't be able to confirm a second pledge til after ks finished (fund issue for a 2nd copy)
